We had a fantastic experience with Air Central. We looked into having AC installed a couple of years ago, but it was out of our price range. A friend recently recommended Air Central and Shannen was very prompt in getting us a quote, which was significantly better than the quote we received a couple of years ago (from another company). Communication was quick and easy, and installation was set up for just a few days after we made initial contact. Eric and Rafael were prompt, professional, and courteous, and explained everything thoroughly. They completely cleaned up the site and were very efficient. Highly recommend Air Central, we will be back if/when the need arises!

Our furnace broke early on a Saturday morning. Reliance was fast and efficient - we had a tech scheduled for the 1-5pm window that afternoon. Richard (our tech) called to get more information and immediately suggested that we have someone from sales come to save us the cost of repairing our current furnace as well as purchasing a likely replacement. Chris (sales) was able to come by early and explained all of our options clearly - no pressure to choose any specific furnace - then set up the installation for Monday. The installation was quick and went without any problems - Matt and Yan showed up early and finished earlier than expected. They walked us through the thermostat programming, and were courteous and efficient the whole time. We are very happy with our experience with Reliance, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for furnace needs.
