Reliance The Furnace Company Edmonton

Once again, despite paying for a double home-comfort plan for over 3 years (2 systems) - Reliance did not show up for a scheduled and confirmed appointment. I had scheduled a follow-up AC repair because the tech did not fix the problem the first time week ago.
So we have been without air conditioning for 2 weeks and Reliance customer service cannot even get in contact with antone to determine why they did not show up and what they can do about it.

Time to cancel my business with Reliance and find someone else who is....reliable.

Reliance has come through again!! They are a excellent company they help you figure out exactly what you need and they don't try to get you to buy something you don't need. They make sure the job gets done asap!! Very helpful!! The crew that came and installed our AC worked above and beyond!!
I would recommend Reliance to anyone. They have come through on multiple occasions.

Great service! The technicians, Greg and Tyler A. were very professional and pleasant. The installation was done quickly and with minimum disruption to our routine. Now I can sleep in comfort after a night shift. Life is good.

Jamie W. was great when he came to my house to give a quote, he gave me a really good deal & showed me why they were better than others. Greg and Tyler A. came and installed the unit in about 2 hours, cleaned everything up and were very professional. They even showed us how to use it as efficiently as possible with our NEST. Highly recommend!

I am extremely happy with the experience I had with Reliance. I met with Justin at my home and he helped me decide which A/C unit to go with and he ended up contacting me 30 minutes after he left letting me know that there was an opening the next day for the installation. This was perfect because it was only a few days from May long weekend and I was about to have a full house. As for the install, Matt and Iannik were excellent. They did a great job. They came to the house early that morning and were ready to get started. They work together really well and are good at troubleshooting. I am a fairly new homeowner and had many questions, they both were more than happy to answer any of my questions throughout the day. Also I let Matt know that I had painted my basement floor and that it easily scratches. From that point on he was so careful with his work area, making sure he used a drop cloth and set items on it. He even throughout the day reminded others about taking care of the painted floor. I really appreciated that. Thanks again guys.

New water heater installed thru Costco home improvement installation services with success. Thank you Reliance for the fast service provided and special to technician Benjamin for outstanding and professional installation.

I love the idea of renting to own with the yearly maintenance check.
I wish we could do this with washer and dryer set up. This seems very cost effective and I really like the service and will like the new app for temp control. I cannot really rate the furnace or hot water tank as it's brand new. The service team of Aaron and Tyler were great. They were friendly and professional and quick. thank you for having this great service.

Everything went well and the trades did an excellent job including excellent quality of workmanship!!!
Brent and Jordan were absolutely a pleasure to have doing work around our house. They were polite, tidy and courteous and very respectful of being in someone’s home. I believe the same can be said of Eric the electrician although he was only briefly here. As well, we were really pleased with Chris the Salesperson with his professional approach and demeanor. Well done guys!

A senior installer and service technician ( Darren) assessed and reviewed in detail all the service provided. Technician did a great job in discussing the coverage and maintenance provided by Reliance Comfort Plan. We signed up same day due to the professionalism and technical knowledge of this service technician. We certainly would recommend him and the Reliance Home Comfort Protection Plan to others.

Justin is a very proffessional and knowlegable young man. He sure knows his science. He has provided me with excellent service this morning . I greatly appreciate his expertise .
