Work was thorough and am confident was completed correctly. Both plumbers were courteous and professional.

Repaired bathtub leak and repaired kitchen faucet. He also inspected all my plumbing fixtures. It was very helpful to show me all the shut off valves.

We just moved to Orleans from Toronto, so we have limited knowledge of service providers in the area. The service person showed up on time, I was actually late. He quickly assessed the problem, our the kitchen faucet was leaking, and recommended a solution, which was a new faucet. He started to install the faucet then realized the one I had purchased was to tall and would not work, he waited while I ran to purchase a new one. The quote was the problem!!!! I have had professional plumbing services in to change faucets, and it cost no more than $200, this quote was $375. So if you have no price barrier, then this company would be fine.

I was surprised and very pleased with the high level of customer service -- everyone was very friendly and courteous. The office called to verify the time the technician would arrive and he arrived on the dot. He wore booties at all times in my home, explained the problem and how he would repair it and provided the cost up front. He worked efficiently and cleaned everything up once completed. I would definitely use their services again and will recommend them to family and friends!

A drain leak from a bath was discovered to be the issue. New parts to seal drain pipe were fitted no further leak should occur.

Contacted DSplumbing to come and replace a small section of galvanized pipe which connects the washer tub to the waste water line.The dispatcher was very thorough in calling and letting me know when the plumber would be arriving and followed it up with an email. Plumber arrived on time and proceeded to estimate the work. The strange thing was the cost estimate was based on how many peices were required to do the job rather than the time and cost of each part. As a result, the total cost was $373 for 20 minutes of work. When DSPlumbing called to discuss my satisfaction for the work done, I mentioned I was not happy about the cost. They said they would have a representative call me to discuss the matter. The next day I did receive a call and after reviewing the bill, agreed that the cost did not reflect the work done and I was offered an $85 reduction. End result, good fast work, good customer service, $288 for 20 minutes of work.

4 year old bathroom renovation with leak from one of the sinks; the drain was removed & cleaned of old caulk, re-caulked and re-set and worked well after. No new parts were sold to us unnecessarily.
Also assessed a potential problem with the main water supply in the basement and reassured us it should not spring a leak...no charge. Also provided advice about winterizing outdoor faucets.

My kitchen sink developed a blockage. I've previously used DS Plumbing and had been extrememly satisfied with their work (Craig), so I had no qualms in requesting service from them again.

They have an easy to use online booking option which I used (you can call). You are able to request specific plumbers if you wish. I filled it out the online form, requested Craig, as he had been very good last time, chose an available date from their calendar and submitted. I received a confirmation email within a couple of hours (if it's urgent, you can specify that, or call).

Craig arrived right on time, quickly identified the probably source and provided me with options and a quote. He was able to fix my issue in a timely manner and checked to make sure it was worked fine.

I highly recommend DS Plumbing and Craig (although I fully expect all the others are just as good).

Marc was pleasant, professional, efficient, and thorough. He did an amazing job desite some structural challenges. I have complete confidence in his work and wouldn't hestitate to recommend him and DS Plumbing to anyone.

Patrick came over right on time to fix a leaking bathtub drain. He did an excellent job. He told me exactly what the problem was and how to avoid it in the future. Wouldn't go with any other company as this one has pricing I can anticipate, a nice membership plan, and you can tell they are happy in their jobs and it shows in their service. Craig is also a great guy from DS Plumbing who know his stuff! They are pretty high tech too!
