Contacted DSplumbing to come and replace a small section of galvanized pipe which connects the washer tub to the waste water line. The dispatcher was very thorough in calling and letting me know when the plumber would be arriving and followed it up with an email. Plumber arrived on time and proceeded to estimate the work. The strange thing was the cost estimate was based on how many peices were required to do the job rather than the time and cost of each part. As a result, the total cost was $373 for 20 minutes of work. When DSPlumbing called to discuss my satisfaction for the work done, I mentioned I was not happy about the cost. They said they would have a representative call me to discuss the matter. The next day I did receive a call and after reviewing the bill, agreed that the cost did not reflect the work done and I was offered an $85 reduction. End result, good fast work, good customer service, $288 for 20 minutes of work.
