DS Plumbing replaced a leaking toilet and sink with modern units. The floor also had to be repaired. DS Plumbing took care of the whole project. Final result was clean, neat and rock solid.

Craig M. was on time, assessed situation (correctly, so that it is being fixed for free by management company), and immediately pinged onto some other annoyances (running toilet) that I hadn't planned on bringing up. Friendly, efficient, clean, etc. Just a great experience.

I had a leak entering the room below my upstairs bathroom and Dave found the cause quickly and repaired it. I also pointed out that my bathroom faucet had recently become loose and wobbly and he repaired that at the same time!

Installed three new bathroom fixtures and added shut off valves for two of the bathrooms.Also replaced the cartridge in my kitchen faucet.

A longstanding problem with a leaking bathroom fixture was quickly diagnosed by Craig. Work was carried out quickly over a two day period. Everyone involved in the repair was courteous and efficient. We plan to have more work done in the future by DS Plumbing, and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Called them to get a quote to replace a bathtub and faucet and convert tub/shower combo in another bathroom to a two person shower. Plumber showed up on time. Polite, no issue there, took notes and included in the $59 service call was an inspection of all water sources. Needed a flapper replaced $86.75 so when all said and done, $165 for a quote and a flapper! The quotes were going to be sent via email and they quoted over $600 for a standard acrylic tub. I asked to see the tub in question, was provided a link to the distributor but cannot tell which tub it is because they have several, as you can imagine. Asked to see the specific tub but never heard back from them. Also never heard back from the guy they recommended to do the tiling, but that is out of their control. Pros: punctual and polite during visit Cons: expensive, not impressed with communication

Service was very professional from start to finish. Problem addressed, and had them do a couple of other things while they were here, which they were happy to do. They are well informed and shared some advice. Very happy with results and have already recommended them to friends and family. I found it hard to choose a plumber, and trust the workmanship and pricing, but DS Plumbing was an excellent choice and those concerns were quickly put to rest. A+

Was super impressed with professionalism of DS. They sent an email with info on plumber ahead of his arrival and called as promised when he was on his way. Garry was very knowledgeable and friendly and the service was completed promptly. Would definitely recommend and will use again. Thanks DS!

Gary was very knowledgeable. He installed the new bathroom faucet without any problem. He included a piece for the installation that was not in the faucet kit at no extra charge. He also caulked where the pedestal sink meets the wall. Always very satisfied with DS Plumbing, and in particular with Gary.
