I signed up almost 1 year ago after my furnace warrantee ran out AND my furnace stopped working. I had researched on line for a reputable company and I was very pleased about Mersey after reading almost ALL the reviews.
At 10:30 pm Oct. 10, 2016, Frank called to say he was on his way! I was so impressed with this company service man that I signed for a year as a trial.
Since then, George Emmanuel has been MY personal Mersey service man. This is great as George is familiar with my furnace. George always calls ahead. George explains anything I ask. I was glad to see George when I made a fall appointment (Dec. 8, 2017). I have renewed my contract again this year because of the quality of service , represented by George.
As well, I have recommended Mersey to several friends and neighbours.

Emmanuel George cleaned my furnace very rapidly. He put his little blue shoe covers on to protect my carpets. He was very honest and noticed after I had prepaid for 2 more years of coverage that I had already paid lat year for 2 years. He asked to see my previous bill and then told me he would get the office to credit me the charge. I was very impressed with his honesty. All the more reason to recommend Mersey for heating and air conditioning as well as the service!

Emmanuel George checked/maintained and cleaned the furnace. Emmanuel is the most pleasant technician I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He took time to show me how to maintain and understand the use of the humidifier on the furnace. I would strongly recommend Mersey Heating and Emmanuel!

I always look forward to the twice annual visit by Emmanuel George to check our furnace and air conditioner. He is an expert! More than that, he always explains the work he has done and provides useful tips on how to get the best out of our furnace and AC. Efficient, effective and with a warm smile. Mersey Service Experts consistently provides exceptional service. Pat conducted a thorough top to bottom inspection of my furnace, setup my humidifier for the heating season and flagged issues of potential concern.

Note cost quoted was for Plus Agreement which will include the air conditioning tune-up in the Spring.

Furnace checkup was done and results reviewed. Technician was knowledgeable and efficient. The work was done in good time.

The technician appeared to be very thorough in checking everything, cleaning the furnace and clearing the water lines. He was very polite and friendly, and did recommend duct cleaning, which I will do in the new year.

Furnace was serviced for annual check. The technician (John Park) was thorough in explaining what he did and his recommendations.
