I signed up almost 1 year ago after my furnace warrantee ran out AND my furnace stopped working. I had researched on line for a reputable company and I was very pleased about Mersey after reading almost ALL the reviews.
At 10:30 pm Oct. 10, 2016, Frank called to say he was on his way! I was so impressed with this company service man that I signed for a year as a trial.
Since then, George Emmanuel has been MY personal Mersey service man. This is great as George is familiar with my furnace. George always calls ahead. George explains anything I ask. I was glad to see George when I made a fall appointment (Dec. 8, 2017). I have renewed my contract again this year because of the quality of service , represented by George.
As well, I have recommended Mersey to several friends and neighbours.
