John from Mersey (employee number 29) helped us repair our pass through humidifier for the winter season. it was installed when the house was built but never used. John worked to connect the water line and check all the parts to get it going. When there was an issue after one week with the solenoid valve John returned ASAP to resolve it. John was able to identify and resolve the problem (flow direction) without replacing any parts or adding extra cost. I would highly recommend Mersey and John for your HVAC needs.

Had our scheduled annual maintenance service on our Nersey-installed high efficiency furnace as part of our maintenance contract. The tech, Cory Latino, was professional and courteous. He did a thorough job and left me with assurance that the furnace is in good order for the season.

We had an emergency furnace breakdown and have used Mersey before. They are totally knowledgable, professional and service oriented. Dave came to our rescue. He came quickly, respected our house by placing booties on his boots so not to dirty our floors and did an inspection of the furnace. He knew what he was doing and explained everything clearly to us. We had a problem with the fan on our furnace. We phoned Mersey and Dave arrived later the same day. He knew his stuff and described what was happening as he worked on the problem. He replaced the thermostat. He also pointed out a problem with the add-a-wirw gizmo. We are very happy with our dealings with Mersey and have booked them to service the furnace in the New Year.

He explains the sequence of tasks he is performing and provides explanations when asked questions.
