We have been using Mersey for around 30 years and every Technician has been excellent. Today we had Cory Latino for our annual heating check up. Cory was thorough and conscientious. He made sure we new how our older furnace was working and explained everything he had done. Excellent Service! Thanks Cory!

up for a number of years. I always request for him. He does a thorough job and he explains everything and answers all our questions. Just had our 2019 annual maintenance done with Cory and as always I continue to be impressed by this young professional! His knowledge and explanations to educate us about his work and our equipment show how passionate he is about his work. He has great communication skills and is very personable . He takes time to get to know us to build that client-service professional trust relationship which is very important to us as clients. As a result we know he's done a great job and we can approach him or the company if we have any questions. We are very happy to continue to use Mersey for our heating and A/C needs due to great service from Cory!

We moved to our new home in Vaughan and we decided to carry over our maintenance service with Mersey, as did at our previous home. We've been largely satisfied with the technicians that have come to our home, but I must say, Corey Latino was the best. He originally said he was going to be at our home for 1 hour, but ended staying for 2 because of different things he noticed that needed attention. Flushing of the water lines (humidifier), for example. Gave us tips for on-going maintenance, kept us up to speed as to the condition of our equipment... Very happy with his work, and hope that we'll get him again next season!

Cory Latino, (#248)did the AC/heating maintenance service of our aircon and furnace today. He is very professional, thorough and friendly.He also explained and entertained all our queries re. how our thermostat works etc. He is an asset to your company.

This was a follow up service call on a new install of an air conditioner and furnace one year ago. The technician, (Cory), was polite and very informative in answering my questions.

The technician that came was very polite and courteous. He explained
everything that he did. We were very pleased with his visit. We look forward to seeing him again. The technician arrived promptly when he said he was coming.

Service technician Cory Latino was thorough and courteous when servicing our AC, Furnace and Tankless Water Heater. The water heater had become extremely unreliable, working intermittently. He explained the issues and was able to get it running reliably again. We were very pleased with the service.

A/C had stopped working so called Mersey's.
Service was provided promptly and professionally.
The technician, Dave and his assistant, were very knowledgeable, friedndly and efficient.
They explained what needed to be repaired and discussed the options around ongoing service programs. Will continue to utilize this company.
