Heat would come on and then it would turn off and some residual heat was felt. tried turning off the furnace and restarting and it helped heat come on however after a while, it would turn off. Called Mersey who funny enough, is right beside my dad's house in scarborough and used to be the ones that I did all my HVAC with when I was a child. Miguel was very good at what he did and was quite thorough. Identified the problem and offered to fix at reasonable prices. Took the time to explain everything to me and even cleaned up a little to ensure it was all working fine. great employee and certainly someone I would trust. Thanks Miguel!!

Another company installed our humidifier but we were concerned about the safety of the installation. Miguel from Mersey did a full inspection of our system, pointed out the things that were done correctly and the things that were done poorly and were likely hazardous. He provided a written report of his findings with clear step by step suggestions of how to fix them.

We felt respected and that he truly listened to, and understood our concerns. We feel comfortable about recommending this company.

Besides the maintenance there was a leak from one of the drainage pipes. Maintenance guy knew what he was doing and fixed the problem with gorilla tubes instead of copper pipes due to the tight working space to work around. He was very patient n diligent. He changed me an extra $100 for the job. Thank you Jay.

Furnace failed. Called Mersey Heating and Air, my usual service company, they came they fixed i paid and all is right again . Thanks for prompt great service and friendly technician.

After my annual furnace inspection found many problems, I decided to accept the Special on Offer to upgrade the furnace and (my 32 year old) air conditioner. Two men who arrived on time to do the installation were fantastic. Very personable and explained everything that I would be required to know. They explained how to set the new thermostat and even programed it for me which I was VERY grateful for. The people at Mersey have always given me great service.

Mersey Heating repaired my Lennox furnace model G61MPV-36C on January 29, 2021. Service Technician Miguel did a very professional and excellent job. Within 18 hours of diagnosing the death of our 18 year old a/c unit a new one was up and running. Can't get better service than that. Thanks Mersey. I bought a Lennox EL16XC. The salesman told me it was large, but should have made me aware that it was too large for the area it was going into. Agreed that it could be changed for the XC13 in the same series Elite, and was told they had one in stock. After taking out the old unit and them installing new coolant, I noticed that the new air conditioner was the Merit Series 13ACX. Not something I wanted. Had they made me aware of this I would have cancelled the order. The model I wanted was on back order and could take anywhere from 3 to 10 weeks to get. So I had to settle for the Merit Series. Suffice to say that I am disappointed with my experience with Mersey.
