A/C had stopped working so called Mersey's. Service was provided promptly and professionally. The technician, Dave and his assistant, were very knowledgeable, friedndly and efficient. They explained what needed to be repaired and discussed the options around ongoing service programs. Will continue to utilize this company. Extremely satisfied.
