My apartment had mold growing underneath the floorboards. They removed the mold and replaced the flooring. Everything worked out quite well. The process was quite convenient as I was not in the city for the duration of the repair process.

Very happy with the work today. Had lots of black mold around windows in our condo that we recently moved to, likely from years of moisture/ condensation. Received an accurate estimate. Work was done carefully. All staff were very friendly- right from the time of booking all the way to the work being complete.

These guys were amazingly prompt after we had a water leak (through a window well). They were recommended by Aquatech (see that review also).
They were in quickly and did a great job of sealing off the affected area, used negative pressure, etc to make sure the process was as contained as possible.
We got out air certification pass and they left the area in good shape for the reconstruction.
For the remediation work they did a great job.
The quote they gave to rebuild though was excessive and we ended up going with someone else to reconstruct the room.

Gregg and his team were knowledgeable, punctual and professional. The work was done in an efficient manner with attention paid to removal of all the mold and restoring air quality.

After the purchase of our home we discovered some concerns with our foundation. From a recommendation we got in touch with Gregg from mold.ca. Scheduling a in home visit was easy. Gregg was able to verify our mold issue due to moisture from the foundation. The scope of work was large encompassing the whole basement. We scheduled and did the remediation quick, clean and effectively. The team performing the remediation where polite and explained everything. We feel very good to know the job was done right and in full. Gregg went a step further and gave us great guidance on how to solve our moisture issue permanently so we will not have any mold issues in the future.

Price ended up being a lot more than we had originally expected but the job turned out to be bigger than we thought. Four weeks ago, we had a troubling mildew problem in the basement. It formed on clothes and shoes and sometimes on the tile surface. We feared the worst.

Finding help to assess and resolve the problem was overwhelming. How could we know whether the companies we called were bona fide? How could we know that the representatives who came out would be competent? Our lack of experience left us at the mercy of the people we spoke with. We spent a whole day researching, reading, calling around to different companies.

What luck to have discovered Mold.ca. Company personnel took the time to educate us. We received counselling about the two main kinds of assessment. We received advice about which would be appropriate, given what we knew of the problem. This was particularly relevant to the issue of costs. We didn't want to over-extend unnecessarily. But we wanted to diagnose and fix the problem. Impressively, we even got a referral to consult with the person regarded as 'the authority on mold issues' in case we thought that relevant. And! we were even advised on DIY means of preliminary assessment.

After that first phone call, we did further research based on the information which Mold.ca provided. There are companies that trade on fear. Mold.ca is not one of them. We called later and booked an appointment.

But something terrible happened. On Monday, when the technician was to have come out, we realized our error. We had mixed up the date of the appointment. Imagine our disappointment. But Mold.ca was 100% accommodating. The company confirmed the correct appointment date and discounted the price of the service: 50%. To say that we are satisfied customers is to make an understatement.

Best of all, we have resolved the problem. The assessor who came out identified the issue and counselled us on how to resolve it. There was no question about his knowledge or competence. He was 100% professional.
