Their representative was easy to deal with and answered all of my questions, providing assurance that the mold would be cleaned and air testing would be positive after the process.
The work was done promptly and efficiently by the staff and all debris taken away at the end of the day.

When my roommates and I discovered black mold growing in the ceiling of our house, I called mold.ca and within 2 hours Gregg showed up with all the tools he needed to detect mold. He did a thorough investigation and, once finding out the urgency we felt to get it fixed, booked us in for a removal, spray, and drywalling within 48 hours. Two days later he and his two-man crew were in and out of the house within 7 hours. They did an amazing job - you wouldn't even know they were there! I would recommend them for any mold removal. We bought a house where the foundation had not been properly waterproofed and so water was seeping through the basement walls into our laminate floor and drywall.

Over the past while, I've been living in a small, but growing mold problem in my main bathroom. Black mold was evident around the tub and the washing machine bellow. I needed to contact a professional to determine the scope of what needs to be done to move forward.

There was heavy visible mold on one bedroom of our house. I contacted Mold.ca and Gregg came to our home and did a thorough inspection. He explained to me mold in any area of the house needs to be removed to prevent cross contamination. Fan in the bathroom did not work fine so we had some accumulation of mold there as well. In basement there was a flooding in past. He mentioned all impacted baseboards on the basement need to be removed, and mold remediation needs to be done for them. He provided a detailed quote and work started after that. All work was done in a very organized way and while work was in progress it came up that cold room has some big issues and mold needs to be removed there and all the holes in cold room needs to be filled. Work was done based on the estimate and clean up was done. An air quality test was done and lab results were good.

I contracted with Mold.ca to handle my bathroom renovation in February, 2016. Don't let their name fool you - Gregg and his team are expert renovators. This was a new bathroom that was added to the second floor of our home - there was no existing plumbing - it was just a "blank space" in the main bedroom. The results are fantastic! All the tradespeople Gregg uses are top-notch - they really know what they are doing. The plumbers were amazing, as were the electricians, shower door supplier, etc. Everyone was on time, friendly, helpful and completely professional. A big shout-out to Edward, the main coordinator and builder who was on site every day and did a truly masterful job of all the construction including tiling, carpentry and even endlessly moving around furniture that had to be relocated! I cannot say enough about how great this team is. I would work with them again in a heartbeat.
