We count ourselves very lucky to have found Taras, and that he had an opening to take our project on. We bought a 1980s house that was partially updated, but the parts that weren't updated... really needed some attention.   Our timeline was tight, from when purchased the house to when we moved in - and he came through. We ran into some things along the way that ended up going beyond the initial scope of the contract. Not only did he handle things in stride, but when necessary he had other trades in to handle things in a timely fashion too.     It ended up being new floors throughout. All bathrooms redone, basement was technically finished but needed a lot of fixing/updating. Lots of misc fixes throughout. Really, there's little that Taras didn't end up fixing atleast a little in some way.    I can't say I had as much interaction with his team as my wife did, but she assures me all of his guys were courteous and careful. Overall we're extremely happy with the work. High quality, efficient, no-hassle, on budget, above-and-beyond. Even on a personal level, he seems like a genuinely good guy, and so we whole-heartedly recommend Double T contracting.

Wow, these guys did an amazing job. We had water come into a spare bedroom in the basement. They identified the source as a crack in the wall under a window well. The entire exterior wall was trenched and waterproofed, weeping tile replaced, window well drainage redone. With a transferable 25y warranty. Those guys were working like crazy. 40ft of house done in under 2 days. Well worth it for future peace of mind.

These guys were amazingly prompt after we had a water leak (through a window well). They were recommended by Aquatech (see that review also). They were in quickly and did a great job of sealing off the affected area, used negative pressure, etc to make sure the process was as contained as possible. We got out air certification pass and they left the area in good shape for the reconstruction. For the remediation work they did a great job. The quote they gave to rebuild though was excessive and we ended up going with someone else to reconstruct the room.

My parents actually had found these guys and had tem do the front of their house (walkway). On their recommendation we had Dave come by and look at a few things around our new (new to us) house. It's an old bungalow, and the builder stairs at the back were falling apart. Dave made some good recommendations and the finished new stairs look great and are seemingly indestructible! In addition we needed some trees trimmed back (dead branches on rather large old trees) and it was done and cleaned up with no hassles. Overall, if we need to do any more big yard projects - perhaps a new patio in a few years - we'll definitely look up Underhill's again.

We moved into our house and needed the locks re-keyed. Tom was very accommodating of our schedule and even came on a Sunday for non-emergency work. I also wanted a keypad lock on the garage, and Tom was able to install one that matched our current locks so all locks have the same key. Excellent, friendly, efficient. Oh, incidentally Tom tells me he used to be a paramedic (in my mind increases trustworthiness). The one minor bit of damage done to the garage door is not noticeable, and Tom will come back when the weather warms up to repair it for us.
