This was a huge 5000 sqft 10 day mold infested undertaking. Trying to turn an old, damp warehouse into office space. I met Gregg and Indira at the fall home show. As the only mold experts I could find there, it was meant to be. Gregg has been a pleasure to work with. He's very friendly and courteous but tells you exactly what your building needs. I like that the products he chose aren't harmful to us or the environment. The place now smells very clean and looks to be in workable condition. His team was very thorough in getting into those spots that you wouldn't even think mold existed. My employees and I can now rest assured that we're not working in a harmful environment. They were also helpful in pointing out fire damage, leaks, etc... They didn't just spray everything down and leave the rest of the problems for us to discover for ourselves. I appreciated that. Price ended up being a lot more than we had originally expected but the job turned out to be bigger than we thought. Gregg made sure he kept us updated throughout the process and managed our expectations and let us make our own decisions. He never pressured us into spending more money to do anything that we didn't want to. I don't think you can put a price on your health and peace of mind. I would highly recommend Gregg and Mold.ca
