Serge and his team were among several companies who quoted on our job. From the beginning they were the most professional. It was quite a large job that took a full week to complete. Throughout the whole project, Serge kept us up to date on his progress, kept the worksite clean and tidy (despite a lot of equipment) and was friendly and courteous. We live in an old house -- the addition in the back had been poorly insulated, and when several pipes burst, there was a lot of damage, including flooding in the basement and mold. Gregg and his crew from Mold.ca were absolute pros from the beginning: they walked us through in detail what was required to both repair the damage and prevent further damage. The quote they provided was very detailed, which was helpful for us and our insurance claim. The work involved several professionals, including a structural engineer, waterproofers and spray foam insulation people -- and Gregg's team co-ordinated everything seamlessly, while always being respectful of our home. I will definitely recommend mold.ca in the future. They were great!
