Over the past while, I've been living in a small, but growing mold problem in my main bathroom. Black mold was evident around the tub and the washing machine bellow. I needed to contact a professional to determine the scope of what needs to be done to move forward.
Gregg showed up on time, didn't come in until I invited him, gave me a card and put on plastic covers over his boots. It was a great first impression.
I showed him the bathroom and explained the things I thought were issues. He listened and then did his inspection using his equipment. As he was doing so, he gave me a ton of useful information in terms of where the problem areas are and what is needed to correct them.
I was worried a larger renovation might be needed, but Gregg assured me these are relatively minor issues; some of which I can do myself and others which his plumbing and electrical contacts can help me with.
