Just had new patio doors installed and I am very please with the look and quality of the new doors that also include built in mini blinds. The installers Graham and Lou were amazing, very helpful with lots of valuable information and tips on the care of our new doors. They were very professional and friendly while installing and did a fantastic clean up when they were done. I would use Northern Comfort Windows & Doors again in the future.

Darryl and Jay came to our home to replace our old windows. When the arrived, they were very professional, friendly and explained everything to us. Their work was meticulous, they ensured that everything was covered in plastic, they left the home "SPOTLESS', never had we received such professional and friendly service before like this.

When we requested a minor adjustment, Tony was at our home within 24 hours and did the work. We are looking forward to winter this year in our comfy home.

Good turn around on order time. Sales team did play usual sales team tactics (went in to store got a good price then sales guy from same company when came to our house made us feel like he was doing us a favour by giving us no better deal?)

My husband saw one of the installers at the gas station and asked to be contacted by the company. Not thinking that we would hear from anyone, we got a phone call the next day. We set up a meeting with the representative and discussed the appropriate door we thought we wanted. The representative (Grant) steered us in a different direction giving us a very good positive argument as to why we should be buying the door he suggested and so we went with his suggestion. The day finally came for the installation. The installers arrived early, were very pleasant and very helpful regarding our questions and concerns. They got the door installed promptly. Would we recommend this company to our friends and family for windows and doors...you bet we would!!! We feel that the money we spent on the door was well worth it. Daryl and jay were awesome installers. They were friendly, informative and helpful. They were a few minutes late but called to apologize and update their arrival time. They used tarps to keep everything clean. All in all a very positive experience!
