Kelly (Crew leader) and Mark (Installer) arrived at the arranged time. They worked efficiently and thoroughly to complete the replacement of 8 windows in my home. They worked well as a team to complete the job in one day. They used runners to cover the floors and swept and vacuumed at the end of the job to leave my home clean and tidy. They removed all the old windows from my property. When the windows were installed Kelly explained all the opening and locking mechanisms very thoroughly.

From beginning to the end this was great experience. Mark the salesman was very thorough on explaining our options. The installation went great, on time and left no mess, Jason and Al were very professional. I strongly recommend Northern Comfort.

We purchased doors almost two years ago, and unfortunately had issues, however, they were resolved because of Tony!! He was fabulous! Very professional. He is the reason we are very happy with Northern Comforts Service! Thank you Tony for all of your help & advice!

I purchased 2 kitchen windows from Northern Comfort - vinyl with sliders at the bottom, fixed sealed double glazed units at the top. I was very satisfied with the process from start to finish. This is the 3rd such installation by Northern Comfort in my home and each time the installation was handled very professionally and I felt I received good value for the money spent. I would recommend this company to anyone considering purchasing new windows or doors.

The sale rep Dennis made what I thought would be stressful, easy. I was very pleased with the price as the new windows are beautiful & the quality is better then I imagined they would be. The installers were great. Kept me informed as the job progressed and cleaned up the work area to look like they were never here. I need more windows done & I will be calling them to do the job.

Darryl and Jay are an AWESOME team. They are proficient and spend the time to explain things so you understand it. I have had a few neighbors drop by wanting to see the job they have done. Sorry guys you are going to be busy. They left no clean up to do and worked their tush off to straighten the original contractors mess up. Thanks to all of you!!
