We had the pleasure of having the dream team of Mike and Ray install French doors on the below deck patio of our home. Despite working in a heavy downpour of rain they completed the job in record time thanks to their skill and efficiency. We appreciated the friendly and professional manner used to explain all the features of the doors and framing. This included suggestions about rekeying the lock and ways that we could reduce the amount of moisture in the patio area. Truly a great experience to have this two men working to complete our project.

This is the second home that we have had Centra do the doors and windows. The work crew was professional and polite. Answered our questions and showed us how locks, etc worked on last day. Would definitely recommend this company.

Brian and Brendan did a wonderful job of installing my windows and sliding door and rectifying any problem issues. They were friendly, fast and efficient and did a good job cleaning up inside and outside. Definitely will recommend Centra to others.

I was impressed with the Centra team. The team consisted of the Sales Marketer Kyle, the re-Measure rep Mike who also facilitated an earlier installation because of my schedule and of course the Intallation team of TJ, Andrew, Trey and Curtis. I was very impressed with the whole installation team. TJ and and Andrew played a key role in installing my door and specially Andrew in which he was able to save the inside heritage trim for the door. The quarantees offered by Centra are excellent and even one day after installation they followed up for comments about the work. I would highly recommend Centra!

I am writing to share an update on the exceptional follow-up service provided by Centra windows. Although our windows were installed by Centra 20 years ago, they continue to exceed my follow-up service expectations! In August 2024, I called Centra concerning two of the windows that had lost their seal. After leaving my contact info, I received a call back from Anna, the dispatch rep. She told me that the windows would be replaced under warranty and a measurement appointment was arranged. A few days later, Marshall arrived and while he was taking notes we discussed whether Centra replaced window screens for patio doors. He said they did, and he would ask if the screen frame could be painted to match our previous one so that it would match our house trim.
Anna called back to inform me that although there would be no charge for the windows, we would need to pay $196 for a replacement patio door window screen.
A few weeks later Marshall and Ryan arrived to install the windows and screen. They were both very knowledgable and efficient and I was pleasantly surprised that the screen frame did indeed match the previous one. The new windows are now sparkling and the new patio door screen looks great and works so much better than the old one.
Kudos to Centra Windows for their willingness to honour their customers with such amazing product support!

One of the best contractors we've ever dealt with. On time, on budget, absolutely professional installation. Major improvement on heat / cool / noise on day one. Left the place cleaner than they found it. Great product.

Dennis, Jared and team did a fabulous job installing windows for our whole house. Not an easy job in hot weather and up to the second story and then a 12 ft patio in front! They were such a great team, worked so well and efficiently together! We appreciated the install to clean up. A well run job.
Our house looks fantastic and the new windows are just what we ordered no surprises! They function beautifully and help with heat and noise reduction.

TJ and Vivek were excellent. They worked diligently and efficiently and rearranged the furniture after finishing. They even vacuumed and left my apartment clean.
