I was very impressed from the showroom the (variety} to the Rep Barry Wood who listened to my needs and gave suggestions to meet the budget. Lastly and most impressive are the crew (Darryl, Jay) there work ethics and job performance are exceptional I commend you gents on a job well done. I managed to get 2 great deals one on the products and in my mind the best crew who are the real deal!!!!!

My spouse and I are very happy with the way our windows and garage door was put in! There are different company's but we are happy we choice this company for the people treated us with respect and caring about how they did the job to have everything to the way we wanted it. Right from the start I've had a positive experience with Northern Comfort Windows, our sales representative Barry Wood was very knowledgable allowing us to make the right choices for our windows, front door and garage doors. On the day of install, he arrived to ensure everything was on track and as we had expected. Our installers Ernie and Phill were very friendly and personable. They took their time to ensure things were done right and cleaned up when they left. The new windows and doors look great; it hasn't even been a week and we've received a lot of positive feedback from family, friends and neighbours. I would absolutely choose Northern Comfort Windows in the future and advise family and friends to do the same.

Wow! Where to start! The crew arrived at my home and politely introduced themselves to us. They performed their work in a professional manner. I couldn't believe how they cleaned up after themselves. There was nothing for me to do once the windows were completely installed. Only to hang my curtains! Great worksite crew, great company to deal with!!! Many, many Thanks!!

We had to replace our window because of a crack and I want to say that they did a great job!! A little pricey but still a job well done.
So far other than the fumes left over from cauking I have no complaints

This company was excellent to work with from the moment we called to get a quote to the finished product of our windows installed. VERY friendly sales man and installers. Price was reasonable. It did take a few months to get installed, however the final product was worth the wait!
Rod and Keelyn were the installers of the project. The were efficient and friendly. I was impressed with their clean up and final installation.

He provided us with excellent customer service, punctual to appts (called if running late), and excellent advice when we were unsure. The installers of Kelly (Crew Leader) and Mark (Installer), were once again, punctual, worked late hours, were neat, tidy and professional, for the full 5 days they were in our home. There was one small issue, that the windows in the garage were supposed to be frosted glass but arrived plain, Kelly immediately contacted Rick and it was resolved. The new frosted pains will be installed shortly. Our son at 10 JASPER DR., AURORA had one window installed, and was equally pleased. I have already recommended you to whoever asks!! Awesome customer service, installation and clean up. Looks incredible! The guys were very personable and explained the installation and how to take the windows apart for cleaning purposes. Superb job and great windows!

We were very satisfied with the work Darryl, Jason and Jesse did on installing 17 new windows in our home. Great care and consideration were taken and they were very friendly and courteous. I would ask for this crew again in future.

Service and quality were excellent. The crew took their time and made sure everything fit properly and snug. Clean up was efficient and windows were explained to me who to use and maintain before leaving.
