Derek and his team were wonderful, professional and caring. After a horrible day with Direct Energy I called The Mechanical Group. They were able to answer my many questions and showed up on time and did the work quickly. They replaced my tank with short notice. I have never met a more professional group of people and look forward to using them for all my house mechanical needs in the future!

We found this company on the internet. Over the last several years, they have come to our home for minor repairs and then last year they replaced a vanity and a toilet in our powder room.. They provided an estimate on the phone, just a basic cost. There was a increase due to unforeseen circumstances which raised the cost . Their quality of their work is excellent and their servicemen are professional and courteous. I would give them a rating of 9.

Our supply line was leaking. We called them and they arrived on time to do the work. They were professional and did a good clean up. A job well done.

I found this company on line when I did a search for someone to fix my water heater. They arrived within a short period, true to their word. It took some time to investigate what the problem was. They were thorough and resolved the problem efficiently. They also fixed my air conditioner another time.
