I came home from work one day to find that several pipes that had burst in my basement and there was a constant flow of water. In total panick i called iplumb who showed up at my house within the hour and proceded to shut the water off, and located all the pipes that had burst due to freezing. Everything was fixed and the water was back on in no time! They explained to me that this happened because the pipes ran along an outside wall and there was absolutely no insulation. Because all the plumbing in my house was extremely old I called iplumb back several weeks later to replace all the water pipe in the basement to make sure this would not happen again, and it hasn't! thanks iplumb!

I called iPlumb and spoke to John. He was very curteous over the phone when I explained my plumbing problem and he was able to give me the proper guidence. He was flexible with the times to come to my house, which was convenient for me. He explained the job before he started and was very professional. I recently moved into an older house in toronto and i needed some major renos done throughout my house. My biggest concern was renting out my basement to help with the mortgage and bills.
