Trail is a large, efficient business with knowledgeable sales & service staff. I needed a part for a 16 year old stove & they knew exactly what it was & also had it in stock

sale person very helpful for my renovation home project, I would definitely recommend to people, good services.

My old clunker of a washer was breaking down, so we got a new set (shiny red colour!) to match our newly renovated house interior...we were going for a chic look with lots of black, reds, and whites. This washer/dryer is front-loading as opposed to my old top-loading one...love it! no more fuzzies on my clothes after the wash! Fairly self-explanatory to install.

We bought all new appliances for our kitchen we had two sales personal, Connie and Morgan they were very helpful and very patient, I had a very hard time making up my mind on what I wanted. They explained every detail many times over and answered my questions to my satisfaction. We have now lived in our new house for 1 month and we have signed up for cooking classes so that we can learn how to use our new appliances. I like the service we received at Trail and they have selection to choose from.

We recently built a new home in Calgary and the home builder sent us to Trail Appliance to pick out our appliances. We could buy our appliances elsewehere but since we wanted to put the appliance costs into the mortgage instead of using money out of pockets. We noticed that the prices at trail appliances are at least 20% more than other stores like futureshop or the Brick. That's was ok since it'll just go on the mortgage. We picked our appliances more than 6 months before the possession date, but jsut days before possession Trail calls to tell us they ran out of stock on the cabinet kit for the microwave. So apparrently ordering 6 months ahead is not good enough for them? So that' fine, don't need the kit to use the microwave. A week after possession they send a tech over supposedly to install the babinet trim kit. The guy showes up 2 hours late, then comes in with a 2nd microwave. See, the 1st microwave in my kitchen and is confused at heck. So he calls Trail and apparently the service order says I needed a microwave instead of the trim kit. It ended up that I needed to wait another 2 weeks and take another day off work so these geniuses has finally get it right. I will never shop there again.

We bought an LG washer and Dryer from trail, they were extremely helpful and friendly. the Service was wonderful, right down to delivery and set up. We were concerned that delivery would be and issue due to 2 large flights of stairs , but not a problem and no extra costs. Professional all around.

We went in looking for appliances. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We found what we were looking for. Overall, it was a good experience. However, we had a small issue with the delivery. The fridge had a small dent. We called the company and they resolved the issue with a price reduction. We were satisfied with the service and we would use them again. We will use them again to buy a washer/dryer set. And we would recommend them to others!

Sales staff are very knowledgable and they took thier time to answer all of our questions. They will price match any competetor. Delivery was fast and on time. They will even set it up if you want.

We loved the appliances but the stove top cracked and the extended warranty would not cover it so we are still trying to get them to fix or replace it. We called Jenn-Air and they said it was still under warranty for the thermal heat system but they should be doing the labor for free. Called 2 days ago and still no response

we got to work with a very knowledgabel sales person who made suggestions and corrected a lot of thigs we did not knwo about.He showed us other models and compared the prices. we bought a very good fan and are very happy.
