Trail Appliances

Had Manuf from Trail assist us with appliances for a newly built home, all the appliances were Kitchen Aid, as well a water softner. Basically Manuf said come back when he calls us as Kitchen Aid has a sale, when the sale came Manuf called us and got us a great price. He went to great depths to explain the differences for the stove, dishwasher, fridge, and we also bought LG washer/dryer along with the water softner.

Overall Manuf knew his products, got us the best price possible and was prompt in returning calls, and answering questions

It was 15 years since we had to consider buying any type of new appliance - we had no idea what was the latest and greatest...but Trail Appliances certainly did. The staff was very helpful asking us firstly what we were looking for in each appliance and then guiding us in the right direction. Our salesman helped keep us within our budget by selecting items that had promotions and/or rebates - which we so appreciated! Although I think we're good for a while, we wouldn't hesitate to go back to Trail should we require any other appliance! Trail made it fun!

I had alot of issues with my oven and called Trail Appliances,
they were very helpful and sent out a repairman immediately as they understood the need for us to be able to use our oven.
Their prompt service and very knowlegable technician fixed our
oven. We were very impressed and will use them again.

We purchased a new Kitchenaide dishwasher from Trail Appliances after doing extensive online research into different models and features. Ken, the sales personnel at Trail was very helpful in explaining the different features, advantages and disadvantages of different brands. We made our selection based on the features we were looking for and Ken's advise. Trail Appliances gave us a very good purchase incentive on it as well. I appreciated Ken's knowledge on the products without making us feel like we were having to buy right then. Trail's staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and we appreciate the environment they have so we can go a browse and look over new innovations without any pressure. The service technicians are great as well. I enjoy doing business with this company.

Was looking for a replacement motor, the sales staff was so helpful in selecting the size and type. We choose the higher end model and are very happy, it is so much quieter then the previous model we had. It is nicer reducing the decibles in the home it even crushes chicken bones, which means less in the landfill. It was even on sale so the price waqs not much more than had planned on spending.

The appliance selection is wide and varied! Good prices! Convenient location. Timely delivery! Karen was very knowledgeable and service oriented! She helped us do lots of comparisons. We enjoyed her friendliness, patience and extensive knowledge!

We dealt with Dennis at South Trail Appliance. He was very helpful and ensured that we paid the best price possible. We ordered all the appliances for our new house and Dennis gave us great suggestions. Thanks Trail!

After visiting a few stores and getting little or no help we finally decided to visit Trail Appliances. We met Murray there who spent the time going over many different types and prices with us and eventually led us to the clearance section where we happen to find the perfect fridge at a great price! The checkout process was quick and easy and everyone was very professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
