We do apologize for the poor correspondence however you always call from a private number and we don't generally pick up unknown calls (and this was mentioned to you on previous occasions prior to the cleaning job!). We do our best to maintain solid communication before during and after the cleaning. To respond to your review, our policy is that we offer a guarantee that if you are not happy with the cleaning then you do not pay until you are satisfied. You had a chance to walk through with the cleaners and they were able to show you all of the areas they cleaned. They worked extremely hard, washing all the door frames, windows, window frames, doors and baseboards in your unit as well as scrubbing down every inch of the washrooms and kitchen! You were pleased at the time because you signed off on the work and proceeded with payment. Our policy for this is very clear and written on the invoice you signed. We do not normally come back and re clean things, if we are already there with our materials we are happy to fix anything that doesn't meet your expectations, before you make a payment. I received a call from you long after the cleaning explaining that there was one baseboard in your front foyer that was not completed. I had offered a date that I was available personally to come and fix this for you but you declined that date. With all due respect, cleaning of a condo can take more than 5hrs to complete everything thoroughly and you had limited the girls to finish within 5hrs time. I believe the cleaners did focus on the most important areas of your home (Your kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms etc) and your review is (although, your prerogative) basically written in spite that I have not returned to wipe one baseboard down in your front foyer. I know that you were very pleased with the girls work and what was cleaned and apologize if our customer service has not extended further to meet your expectations.
