Squeaky Cleaning

I searched for a post-reno cleaner on homestars & selected Squeaky because they handled all the issues I needed: wood floor, duct & cabinetry cleaning. I hired a crew of 3 for a full day. Henry, the crew lead, was a cleaning wizard. Incredible attention to detail. My #1 issue was the wood floor black marks from painter protective covering. He went through 4 floors, on his hands & knees, & removed every black mark. I checked his work 3 times, not a single mark missed. Henry went above & beyond the call of duty, making sure I was 100% satisfied with absolutely everything. Getting this clean right was *critical* to getting my home listed on MLS. Henry & his crew delivered. I am deeply grateful and highly recommend his team.

ecently bought a condo. Not from the GTA area so they were referred by a local realtor (whom also referred my amazing painter and electrician). Had it fully painted so it needed a good dusting of the floors, baseboards, mirrors, counters, bathrooms, etc. No furniture whatsoever to clean around, just a few suitcases. All appliances fully cleaned prior to move in so they werent needed. Specifically requested tops of baseboards, light switches, vents and such as those arent commonly done by cleaners. Communication was phenomenal prior to my payment being taken which was required two days prior. I was quoted more hours than I believed was needed but was told they would refund for the time not used. Now I cant get a reply to see if that was the case. As I was out of town when it was cleaned, I wasnt able to inspect immediately. When I did arrive two weeks later, I cant even tell the cleaners were here at all. The baseboards, light switches and such are covered in painting dust. The floors are filthy. I get normal dust happens over time but this is all painting dust and more than would accumulate in 2 weeks. The mirrors and exterior of appliances are streaky which could be the only sign they were here at all. When my painter came for his walkthrough, he confirmed my suspicions that if they were here which was a few days after him, they werent here for long at all. Truly disappointed and surprising since I was considering having a regular clean going forward too. Would not recommend and would give zero stars if an option.

Update: they were supposed to come back and clean the areas not done and they were a no show. Also, as I was suspicious that they didnt come at all, I confirmed with the security log book and they didnt showed up the first time either. No replies to texts or calls. Again, do not recommend using this company.

Super disappointed in deep clean that was supposed to happen at my home the day before closing. They sent only one cleaner. I popped in to give her a cash tip and have a quick look but the house was EMPTY! Apparently she has stepped out for a few minutes to get food. My property was left empty and there were cleaning tools all over. The cleaner had clogged up a bathroom sink and left it that way. The oven door was greasy and never cleaned. I tried to call this co. many times to discuss but they didnt pick up, defended their employee. Please do not support this company! You will regret it, as I do. Never again

Sandy and her team did a great job with a move in clean after renovation. They were punctual, efficient and ensured I was happy with the service before leaving.

It definitely made my move-in process stress free to come back to a clean house.

I would definitely recommend them and will consider them for future regular cleanings.

I had a great experience with Squeaky Cleaning. Not only was the company professional, accommodating, and friendly, but James (the cleaner for the day) came 15 minutes ahead of schedule to begin work. I had just completed renovations on my bathroom and a very fine (and hard to clean) dust was on every surface of my unit. By the time James was done, my place was dust-free and sparkling! He even cleaned my blinds, which I really appreciated as the previous cleaning company I hired (when I first moved in) refused to touch them. I will definitely use this company again!

The place was already clean but I wanted to make sure.
Some stuff were okay, simple and obvious things such as cleaning the cupboards of the kitchen, they were left totally unwiped. Light fixtures withing reach were left with spider webs and disgusting dust that had been there for a long time.
I called to speak to a supervisor, only to have the staff tell me that they would call me but never received a call.
I would under no circumstance ever use them again, or recommend them to anyone.
Truly a lot of money for a job done very poorly!

Fast efficient. The appliances spotless and bath tub sparkling clean. I couldn't have cleaned to this standard, and my move was already exhausting.

The cleaning was great! I was away but when I returned home, I felt I moved to a brand new accommodation! Not only things are cleaned well but also my stuff got organized(clothes, shoes, etc). Will choose Squeaky cleaning again!

On the day of the cleaning, Jasmin showed up and was lovely. She did a walk through of the house and was sure to ask me what areas were most important to me and would require the most attention.

She worked tirelessly to ensure that everything I had requested was tended to and went above and beyond while paying attention to all of the small details.
