We hired Jacob and his team this spring to deep clean our house and were very happy with the experience. The whole operation was incredibly professional, from the accuracy of the estimate to the quality of the work to the politeness of the crew. In fact the only surprises were good ones. When Jacob saw us cleaning up our porch (not part of the estimate) and dealing with cardboard and about eight or ten garbage bags we'd filled while tidying up for the deep clean, he offered to take all the junk and recycling away for us. Later I came outside and he was cleaning and vacuuming the porch himself! We were having a party that day so he worked with the team to prioritize, making sure all the important stuff was done by the time we had specified. The place looked terrific and of course the places I don't usually see -- like the tops of my cabinets -- were all deep cleaned and grime-free. This struck me as a company that takes pride in exceeding your expectations. I would definitely use them again.

We needed a thorough clean of our 3-bedroom house after a bathroom renovation, and Jacob and his team did a commendable job. Jacob gave me a clear overview of the service over the phone, and was able to accommodate my schedule on short notice. His team was prompt, pleasant, and professional, not to mention incredibly thorough. In fact, I don't think our house has been this clean since we moved in 6 years ago (and we clean regularly and thoroughly ourselves). I was particularly impressed by Jacob's commitment to our satisfaction, as well as to our budget. He quickly identified our top priorities so that the project could be kept within an affordable timeframe. That said, they more than exceeded our expectations within the budget we had discussed. i rented a large commercial space that had accumulated 60+ years of dirt and grime. i arrived at the appointed time to find Jacob and his crew already cleaning the front windows. no matter what the task, Jacob and his crew are all over it, doing a thorough and thoughtful job. these guys are the best.

We had renters moving into our condo while we were out of town and we needed a company we could trust would do a good job. Homestars did a fabulous job with the cleaning that the bathroom and kitchen looked almost new. They gave attention to every detail and they made sure to get things done properly. They went over the estimated time by an hour but that we so worth it by the feedback that the new tenants emailed us. Jacob would not accept payment until we got feedback and that impressed me with his integrity and commitment to making sure his customers are pleased. I would definitely recommend this company!

Very happy with Jacob's team. I live in a 2BR condo that needed a real good clean as its been awhile. They cleaned the inside of my fridge, inside stove, gave everything a good clean down and by the end I was left saying "Fabulous".

The cleaning was incredibly thorough. My apartment was in very bad shape and they took the time to get the job done right. The apartment looked new again. They're now my monthly cleaning service.
