On Site Cleaning

I decided to surprise my wife with a nice clean house on her birthday I found On-Site Cleaning while surfing on google. I contacted them & told them everything that I was looking & that this is a surprise present & that they will get in the house on there own. At first I was a little scared to have the cleaners there alone but after finding out that On-Site Cleaning are insured & bonded I decided to give them a chance. The smile that my wife had on her face when she opened the door later that day was worth every penny.

I prefer On-Site Cleaning because they’re very thorough plus they use eco-friendly products. I don’t have to worry about my children inhaling harsh chemicals that other cleaning products are made of!
After every appointment, my home smells so fresh and clean, they have never let me down!

I started with On-Site as a referral from my friend. After the first service I knew I found my cleaning company. I didn't have one complaint. I used the same cleaner bi-weekly for 6 months until she left the company. The next cleaner On-Site sent me was even better and Elisa has been with me ever since. The company has had to send me a replacement a few times in her place and I have to say that every cleaner that comes into my house is extremely professional, well trained, and thorough. They do not leave until the job is done, ever! Now I get cleaning done at my two properties (cottage and home) and once again have been left completely satisfied. I would never use another cleaning service.

My mom got me a cleaning deal from Groupon 2 months ago, which I used last week for the first time. Let me start by saying that I was amazed by the cleaning job that kowinder did to my place. She came over for 2 hours & basically cleaned all my 900-sqft condo.

I had purchased 2- 2 hour group on sessions and I just had my first cleaning!!!! I was nervous at first , because I didn't know what could be done in 2 hours. My problem areas are my kitchen and 2 living area where my two toddlers play in. On Site had emailed me telling me I would have my appt @ 10am and sure enough, there was a cleaner at the house. She got down to work and 2 hours late my most troubled areas were cleaned and sparkling! My house smelt so fresh and clean when you walked in you can just smell the cleanliness! I'm so happy with their service, for my next cleaning I want to do the full house cleaning! I cannot explain how helpful this clean was and how much time it saved me. I would definitely recommend Onsite Cleaning to all my family and friends for sure!

Disorganized, No Show, No Communication, NIGHTMARE.
Purchased in January three 2-hour cleaning sessions. First I received a prompt call from Jamie who tried to upsell me before I had even one cleaning, then it took about 10 emails with weeks in between for Nadine to set up my 1st appt 2 months later for a Friday. I was assured that they would confirm with a time the week of. I left several voice mails ( never had anyone answer the phone or return calls) to try to get a time and confirm as I did not hear from them. The cleaner was a no show but Jamie sent a email at 7pm to my OFFICE asking me how I enjoyed my cleaning!! When I replyed, he called right away and was so apologetic , said cleaner would come next day in am. While I had a live body on the phone I set up my next 2 appts. The woman who came was wonderful. I looked forward too the next appts.
This is where it goes all wrong and showed me that the problems with the first appointment was not an anomaly. The 2nd appt for a Friday was a no show, but an email sent again to my OFFICE. I rebooked (could only get Sat) and was told time would be 8-8:30AM, 8 hours later, two people showed to do one hour ( 2 hour cleaning. One person cleaned my bathroom sink and toilet with TP from my roll while the man took 6 phone calls and moved a vacuum back and forth in the same spot. The woman then waved a dry paper towel (mine) over my kitchen countertop then declared themselves done and asked me to admire their "work". I pointed out a few things, but the either couldn't understand English or pretended not to, it was 6:30 PM on a Sat by this time so I said fine get out.
My 3rd appt was booked for last Friday which was the long weekend I had not heard from Nadine re:confirmation and I left at noon for the cottage...no cleaner. When i got to work Tues, there was an email from Nadine sent Thurs at 10:30 saying cleaner was sick and could we reschedule. They are supposed to be here today at 9AM so i just checked my work email and she had sent an email last nite saying the would be here this afternoon.......no time given of course but can she have my phone # so cleaners can call 30 mins before!!!!
I have given them my cell number NUMEROUS times, asked her NOT to email me at work as I am not there on Fridays or past 5PM, given her my home email NUMEROUS times. I have an auto reply that I am not in the office!!
I am so frustrated with these people and wish I had NEVER bought this Groupon deal. Nadine and Jamie are the worst customer service people, so disorganized and unprofessional. How can you not have a record of the CORRECT contact information of your customers? How are they still in business??

I am surprised these people are still in business. I bought a Groupon for 3 cleanings in January. In trying to get someone - anyone in to honour this, they cancelled last minute 4 times, 'misunderstood' my email (I expect you at 9 a.m. ) to mean 'come at 5' twice (second time didn't even show up at 5!) and claimed on two different occasions that they couldn't find my building. Right. The one time they did show up (at 5. On the day we had agreed to 9) they took an hour to sweep the floors of a 900 ft apartment and clean 2 toilets. each of the cleaners took at least 3 phonecalls and several texts. One woman didn't know how to work a swiffer. Neither of them spoke English. Or French. Or Spanish. Or any other language I can muster. Though both of them were quick to point out that the $5 for the tax didn't include their tip.
I was resigned to losing my money on this one because I gave up trying to get the second cleaning in, but Groupon very quickly refunded my money.
I hadn't planned to write a review, until I was speaking with a friend today, who had been waiting at home for cleaners. Just for a joke, I asked 'was it On-Site?' Sure enough, yes. So this wasn't an incident isolated to me - this company has an odd business model.

We purchased this via Groupon and we had our doubts (confirmed). We booked 2-3 weeks ahead for a cleaning and they sent us an email cancelling (not even a call apologizing) 3 hours before they were supposed to show up. They left us in a really bad spot as we had family coming over the following day and my wife had to take a day off to clean the house. We tried to call them and email them back to book an appointment ASAP but we are still waiting for a response.No efforts to please a first time customer.

I purchased a Groupon back in January and wanted to wait for the rush to die down a bit. I finally contacted On-Site Cleaning to book my first visit last week. I was very pleasantly surprised to see their cleaner come into my apartment with all cleaning supplies (including a vacuum). I’m a bachelor living in a small condo and I work long hours so I really didn’t think the two hours would cover it, but fortunately my apartment looked fantastic when Kulwinder left. She really went above my expectations by cleaning the inside of my fridge, oven and even baseboards in the small amount of time she had! If anyone is looking to book with On-Site Cleaning I would highly recommend requesting Kulwinder. She did a great job.
