NO SHOW for a cleaning and poor customer service
We purchased this via Groupon and we had our doubts (confirmed). We booked 2-3 weeks ahead for a cleaning and they sent us an email cancelling (not even a call apologizing) 3 hours before they were supposed to show up. They left us in a really bad spot as we had family coming over the following day and my wife had to take a day off to clean the house. We tried to call them and email them back to book an appointment ASAP but we are still waiting for a response.No efforts to please a first time customer.
