On Site Cleaning

i wish i knew about this company before hand; i had cleaners before; and my oh my ! this one is the worst by far ! horrible experience! They clearly dont know anything about running a business! To get a hold of them; was just a rollercoaster ride! and then; they kept changing appiontments; TWO times they cancelled it; and the one time they did schedule me; the cleaner was late! They did poor job; the floor was not vacuumed; the mirrors not wiped down; the bathroom sink unfinished; the kitchen was the worst; as they did not do anything in there! not even wiping out the countertops. I was so disappointed; and once I told Nadine about my horrible experience; she could not say anything except for "the cleaners did their best job; they are my top cleaners!". It is EXTREMELY stressful to deal with this company, just do yourself a favor and stay away from them , far far away!

The service provided was totally inadequate. The write-up on coupon is false advertising.Yes it was at discounted price BUT that is how you promote future business! One person provided for 2-hour cleaning and had trouble with basics.Vacuum sub-standard. Poor customer service when complaint filed. Shame on this company for taking advantage of people. Definitely would not recommend.

I am not surprised to read all of the terrible reviews about On-Site. I have never written a negative review of a service provided to me, so that should explain just how disappointing their customer service was.

My story is similar to that of most other people on here. My first 3 cleanings went pretty smooth (I would give them a 7 out of 10, with mirrors looking like they were wiped with a dry paper towel etc.).

In our attempt to book our 4th out of 6 appointments, things went sideways. The first service was never "confirmed" but we went ahead and prepped our place for the service, leaving the door unlocked, only to get an email later that morning saying it was cancelled and we would be rescheduled the following Monday. The following Monday game, we received no confirmation, but again, we prepped our place for the cleaning service. Guess what, no show and later that morning an email saying we had the wrong date (Even though their email said August 13th, not 20th). So we were promised a service on the Friday. At least on this one, they gave us notice at 9pm that our cleaning would not take place, and it would be a week before the appointment could be rescheduled.

At this point, we cleaned the house on our own, refused the service the following Friday, as all the cleaners would be doing is tidying up after we had done the bulk of the cleaning. Jamie assured me a Manager would contact me, and still, no contact has been made. I am happy to hear that people have received their money back from Groupon, because that is my next step.

This company, which is in the service business, has terrible service!

I had some major renovation in my home and no matter how hard I tried to get it cleaned nothing seemed to work. I desperately contacted this company and spoke with Annie over the phone. She booked me in the very next morning with Enrique, Elena and their crew. They brought all the supplies with them so I literally didn't have to worry about a thing. I was so happy with their work I have recommended them to a co-worker who has also used their services now. Thank you On-Site for helping me out when I really needed your help!

Absolutely fantastic work by on site. I purchases their living social deal online which gave me the opportunity to try the service out. They did not dissapoint! Elisa came an cleaned my condo spotless. I will definitely be using them on a regular basis.

I’ve been using on-site cleaning for the past 2 years already. Since finding them on goggle & giving them a chance I’ve been super happy with my decision. Alma comes to my home on a weekly basis and even brings all the supplies. I don’t have to worry about a thing. I have since given Alma a key and she comes in and out before I get home from work. When she took a few weeks off work they sent an excellent replacement named Kulwinder. It is clear the staff go through a rigorous training process. On-Site Cleaning has proven to be an excellent company and I look forward to continuing with their service on a regular basis.

I am very satisfied with On-site's services. I have nothing but positive experience with them. I found the cleaners they sent was very nice and friendly. They pretty much covered the whole house and would love to have them again and again. I will recommend On-Site anytime.

On-site cleaning came in to my home that i just purchased and cleaned it. i have to say that they did an amazing job and i was really suprised how well they've cleaned it. Good people to deal with and amazing service. highly recomended.

This is by far the worst cleaning company I have ever used and I have used many due to the many WagJag,, Groupon and other Daily Deals that are offered so frequently. First of all I had great difficulty in booking the 2 appointments for cleaning that my Groupon was offering. I had 18 emails back and forth trying to settle on a date because they kept pushing me into buying a full house clean. They were very slow to respond or just didn't respond until I threatened to go to Groupon and complain. My first cleaning was horrendous, there was mold left in my shower, my stairs were treacherous from the spray product they used and they dusted around things and didn't move the items. NO attention to detail. After my 2nd cleaning I was equally dissatisfied and the girl told me they were coached to "only clean what they saw" and not to do detail work. When I complained, of course no answer to my emails. I asked them to send other people for the 2nd one and purchased an extra hour each time, so they did read their mail just did not address the issue. The first time the girls stayed longer than what was promised to finish my list (although they still did a terrible job) and the 2nd time they told me they could only stay 1 1/2 hrs. and did not even use my list. When I called the company they said I was only entitled to 2 cleaners for 1 1/2hrs. Do NOT use this company if you want a thorough cleaning and not a basic hotel room type cleaning.
As you can see from the response below, it is apparent this company is not concerned about customer service, only in making excuses. For the record, the cleaners sent to my home (their employees) all commented to my husband and I on how clean and beautiful my home was and it was their employee that told my husband and I that they were told to only clean what they could see. As evidenced by the total of 5 cleaners who were in my house in 2 separate visits this is obviously true, as not one of them moved a thing or cleaned behind my toilets. Their safety was never at stake, although with the slippery stairs that I had to mop 3 times to fix the safety of my family was at risk and it is pure luck that no one was injured. The "mold" is not a bio-hazard, asbestos type - my house is 10 yrs old so it is the pink soap scum/mildew type that is able to be cleaned with Tilex cleanser. Paper towels were used on everything (including the sink and toilet) until I gave them my cleaning cloths and when I gave them Lysol disinfecting wipes, they proceeded to dust all my furniture with them. I did in fact contact the company prior to the 2nd cleaning to complain about the service provided and they did not answer me or respond and try to resolve my issues. I would be happy to provide copies of the 20 + emails that were sent between us to arrange the appointments. As evidenced by at least 5 more complaints in this forum, this is a chronic complaint with this company and I would not recommend them to anyone.
