On-Site Cleaning

Disorganized, No Show, No Communication, NIGHTMARE.
Purchased in January three 2-hour cleaning sessions. First I received a prompt call from Jamie who tried to upsell me before I had even one cleaning, then it took about 10 emails with weeks in between for Nadine to set up my 1st appt 2 months later for a Friday. I was assured that they would confirm with a time the week of. I left several voice mails ( never had anyone answer the phone or return calls) to try to get a time and confirm as I did not hear from them. The cleaner was a no show but Jamie sent a email at 7pm to my OFFICE asking me how I enjoyed my cleaning!! When I replyed, he called right away and was so apologetic , said cleaner would come next day in am. While I had a live body on the phone I set up my next 2 appts. The woman who came was wonderful. I looked forward too the next appts.
This is where it goes all wrong and showed me that the problems with the first appointment was not an anomaly. The 2nd appt for a Friday was a no show, but an email sent again to my OFFICE. I rebooked (could only get Sat) and was told time would be 8-8:30AM, 8 hours later, two people showed to do one hour ( 2 hour cleaning. One person cleaned my bathroom sink and toilet with TP from my roll while the man took 6 phone calls and moved a vacuum back and forth in the same spot. The woman then waved a dry paper towel (mine) over my kitchen countertop then declared themselves done and asked me to admire their "work". I pointed out a few things, but the either couldn't understand English or pretended not to, it was 6:30 PM on a Sat by this time so I said fine get out.
My 3rd appt was booked for last Friday which was the long weekend I had not heard from Nadine re:confirmation and I left at noon for the cottage...no cleaner. When i got to work Tues, there was an email from Nadine sent Thurs at 10:30 saying cleaner was sick and could we reschedule. They are supposed to be here today at 9AM so i just checked my work email and she had sent an email last nite saying the would be here this afternoon.......no time given of course but can she have my phone # so cleaners can call 30 mins before!!!!
I have given them my cell number NUMEROUS times, asked her NOT to email me at work as I am not there on Fridays or past 5PM, given her my home email NUMEROUS times. I have an auto reply that I am not in the office!!
I am so frustrated with these people and wish I had NEVER bought this Groupon deal. Nadine and Jamie are the worst customer service people, so disorganized and unprofessional. How can you not have a record of the CORRECT contact information of your customers? How are they still in business??
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.....RUN, SAVE YOURSELF!!
