I am a DIY kind of guy and will try almost anything. Washing machine issue w the timer. Without a repair manual (impossible to find online) I quickly ran into trouble. Cascade (Steve) not only helped but gave tips for any future repairs I might do myself. Great service and I would not hesitate to call them again.

I found Casade Appliance Services on Homestars and read all the reviews so I called on a Saturday afternoon hoping to get my washing machine repaired (wasn't working in mid-cycle). Steve came within 10 minutes. He found the problem and fixed it on the spot. He was very informative and courteous. I would highly recommend Cascade Appliance Service!

Met Steve's wife when I was at an appliance repair shop looking for advice on washing machine repair. I was asking the clerk if they could recommend someone since we were getting the run around from another repair company. And she piped up "I recommend me". So I told her my problem and she sent Steve over. He was there 2 hours later with parts (the other company was waiting on order for). Steve was very knowledgeable and helped up get to the root cause of the problem. Would call him again if needed and would recommend to anyone who asks. Thank You so much for your help!

My washing machine sounded like something was caught in between the inner & outer tub (rattling noise when spinning & changing cycles), Steve arrived on time & after removing the drain pump determined it was a dime. He was professional, courteous, fast & the price was reasonable. Moral of the story: check pockets for loose change ( my fault). I will definitely use this company again for future major appliance repairs.

My dryer stopped working one day and Steve came out to have a look and determined that it needed a new motor. We talked through whether or not it was worth it and decided it was. He showed me how he knew what the problem was and why my attempts to fix it didn't work. He came back later that afternoon with the part and I was up and running in no time. Great customer service on the phone and in person. Highly recommended!

Not only did Steve and his lovely wife come after hours to help me out, it turned out to be a much bigger job than I (or they) had thought. With a great sense of humour and obvious professional experience, they stayed until the job was done right. I rarely make recommendations, but would definitely call them again myself and wholeheartedly recommend that you do too!

Steve made an emergency repair on a Sunday, as the fridge not working. Excellent service, price and quality of workmanship. Polite and did not overcharge. Would strongly recommend to anyone.

Steve's service was fantastic. I contacted them via email and they replied the next day. I explained the problem and they picked up the parts I needed, then came to my home the day after that. Steve was friendly and efficient, not only fixing the two items but also offering me "new home owner advice" on caring for my appliances. He also used Square on his iPad for payment, so as a techie myself, I love that! I'd 100% recommend Cascade.

Steve came to repair my main fridge and he ended repairing my extra fridge too. I highly recommend Steve for any appliance repair job. He is honest and trustworthy man and he does his job well. He breaks down the total price by cost of parts, service charge and labour, there is no hidden charges at the end of your bill.
