Adam did a great job! His work was neat and tidy and he’s very friendly!

Brian N. replaced a pipe under my sink.But right from the get go he was professionaland direct.He put me totally at ease,and I felt he was honest and knew what he was doing.He offered me options,and when the work was done,he inspected the rest of my place,and showed me where the water shut off valves were located.Something that I never knew existed.When he guaranteed his work,and showed me everything he was doing,I felt very satisfied.

Leaking sink needed pipes replaced. Repairman on time, assessed situation, gave me all the options, did the work correctly and efficiently — all with a smile.

Showed up fast, extremely professional simplified everything. Sold me what I needed didn’t bother me with stuff I didn’t, Got work done fast. Super impressed

Ryan Park kindly called ahead of his arrival. He was very comfortable to speak with (genuine pleasant maritime personality). He told me, in terms I could understand, what the problem was and how it would be repaired.
He also helped me, a senior, move my washing machine back in place. So much appreciated that extra task. He replaced the Universal igniter on the furnace, explained other care that might be necessary in the future , and the benefit of club membership. I was so very pleased with the service.

Brian was fantastic! He arrived on time. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough. He did a great job explaining what he was doing as he was performing the work. It was obvious he takes pride in his work. He was great with my kids and an patient with my annoying dog. Would highly recommend him!

The plumber was polite and explained everything well. I called the gentlemen plumbers because of the name and hoping i would only get the service I required with no up-selling. The plumber first tried to convince me to use his tap rather than the one that I had purchased to match the new decor. I decided to go with the one I had purchased. He then told me that the one i had purchased had a leak and ended up installing his in the end. He also installed shut-off valves under the sink - which I had approved based on his recommendation. I discovered after that this was not necessary because there are separate shutoff valves for every line in our house, located in the basement - a professional would have recognized this? I also wanted a drippy faucet on another sink to be repaired. The plumber suggested the tap or the cartridge needed replacing for 250 to 380 - so i did not bother spending that for a simple slow drip that i could stop if i turn the tap the right way. So overall, i got the tap replaced but the oversell has lead to my dissatisfaction with the service.

Had a small leak on a pipe coming out of the hot water tank. Fair price for a late Saturday night callout.

Completed including a return to the shop to get parts, very professional workmanship. clean up excellent and a clear explain of what was done. Detailed walk through the house inspection completed
