Ryan Park kindly called ahead of his arrival. He was very comfortable to speak with (genuine pleasant maritime personality). He told me, in terms I could understand, what the problem was and how it would be repaired. He also helped me, a senior, move my washing machine back in place. So much appreciated that extra task. He replaced the Universal igniter on the furnace, explained other care that might be necessary in the future , and the benefit of club membership. I was so very pleased with the service.
