This is the second time I have had Bosco out to do check ups inside my home. The 1st was for the Furnace and that went really well so when they called back to offer the AIR CON I agreed given how hot things have been.
Tom G. was the technician and is an obvious veteran in this industry. He told me right up front in plain-speak that he would show me how to get "more" out of our Air Conditioning, plus teach me to understand the settings upstairs and at the furnace. That is exactly what he did..it wouldn't surprise me if they used this guy for training new-hires. We found some water on the floor and in the end everything turned out ok... but again the best part was the technician explaining why things were happening along with tips on my Humidifier etc.
Tom recommended some items, but not in a "sales-commission" kinda way... I know nothing about this stuff and it was nice to see another company out there who does what they say and are not always looking to up-sell you on the spot. I run 2 companies myself and this is the same manner in which we service new and existing clients. Retention and Word of Mouth go a lonng way when you send out solid employees and they execute what the company has taught them.
