Faucet installation and plumbing
I had a new sink installed in our kitchen. Bosco installed a new faucet and re-connected sink plumbing. Two days later the sink was backing up. I attributed this to Bosco's installation and complained. The same day, Bosco's Matt Weber returned, and determined the cause was blockage. Not installation related. I disputed that. Having talked the matter out with his supervisor, Matt "snaked" the piping without charge. At the end of it all, fairly put, my position was not free from doubt. I compliment Matt for politely representing his employer's interests while displaying excellent customer service. I credit the supervisor for his off site support. Together, they left me with a very high opinion of Bosco.
