The THIG team completed our basement rebuild in good time with great service. They navigated the challenges and timelines to ensure we were satisfied. I have used them before and would used them again

The condo did pipe work in the building which affected 3 of my rooms. I figured I would get those rooms re-painted but that would also require a plumber to disconnect and move vanities in order to paint the whole wall, affected by the condo work, instead of just around the vanities.

The Home Improvement Group (THIG) was the only place that I could find that was able to get me a plumber as well. Les was able to come to my place to check it out and discuss all my concerns and his thoughts on what I wanted done. He knew condo rules and was up-to-date on code regulations. The guys that came in to do the work were awesome, friendly, and gave me tips about painting so that I could do touch ups on my own. Les was always available and answered my emails promptly when I had concerns or questions during the week the workers were here. Francine was also a pleasure to work with on the paper work side of things.

My kitchen ceiling was damaged due to a leak. THIG was very efficient in replacing the insulation and putting up new drywall. They are always very reliable and cost effective.

Having used The Home Improvement Group for 3 previous jobs, they were my first choice for repainting our living room, dining room, connecting hallways and all trim. Their advertised painting special was the trigger puller. Les provided what I thought was a fair estimate and was very flexible regarding start time. The 2 painters were here for 3 days, did a first rate job and cleaned up thoroughly before departure. Very satisfied!

Our old fluorescent light that was hardwired in the furnace room died after 11 years. We had to replace the whole thing and it was too hard for me to do it. I called THIG. They handled everything so professionally. Both my wife and I were so pleased! I highly recommend them. By the way, the electrician whose name was Richard, couldnt have been better. Barry of the Home Improvement Group and his co-worker provided competent professional service involving the repair of water damage in two ceilings and one wall. The work was done on time and to my full satisfaction. The service was friendly and efficient. He also took the time to provide expert advice on how to deal with another related construction issue. I would engage him again should the need arise.

Hired THIG to repaint our kitchen cabinets to update the look of our kitchen. Fabio did a phenomenal job and made sure that everything was perfect.

We had a last minute renovation that we realized we wanted to get done before my grandparents came to live with us for a few months. We had done some tile DIY in our house and never got around to grouting it. The existing tile on the main floor needed to be grouted, some cracked tiles replaced, some loose tiles glued down, tile extended into the bathroom, and trim installed. We thought it was probably too late to get it all done since my grandparents were coming in 2 weeks, but when we reached out to THIG, they were able to fit us in the very next week. They got everything done within 4 days, which gave us time to arrange the house and get ready for my grandparents arrival. They were also very flexible - we realized the casing around our doors didn't reach down far enough to meet the tile, and we asked if they could replace the casing, and they agreed and still finished everything on time. Randy and the team at The Home Improvement Group have been exemplary. Going into this major renovation we naturally had concerns because you hear the horror stories. Our experience was fantastic. THIG did what they were responsible for on time and on budget. They guided us through what we were responsible for and made recommendations. Randy went over and above his responsibilities. He picked up supplies when I didn't buy enough. He gave us great advice through our decision making process.
We had a fireplace removed and James made that space look like there was never a fireplace there.
