Just had the best service performed by any contractor period.
Paul is an outstanding individual and would highly reccomend his service. Had a similar service performed several years ago and was able to compare with my previous experience and, honestly, I was blown away by the professionalism and competence of this young man.
Looking forward to repeat as soon as required.

My wife and myself plan to move into our first house soon. Duct cleaning was our last item on the list prior to moving in after a very dusty reno. I asked my wife to look up a bunch of duct cleaning companies and arrange to have our ducts cleaned. She mentioned Paul was by far the most professional and helpful one she contacted and had no reason to call any other company. We arranged to have him do the work today (Saturday).

Without asking, the first thing he did was take of his shoes before entering the house. Little things like that can tell you alot about a person. Paul is a very friendly guy and he took his time to explain what he was going to do and showed us the equipment he will be using. We had a feeling early on that we chose the right company to do the work. I also noticed that he keeps the inside of his truck very neat and organized, again tells you alot about the person and their company. He gave us a great price and did some extra work that other companies would have no doubt charged extra for.

My sister recently said the duct cleaning company she hired was in and out in half an hour and she was not please one bit. Paul was the complete opposite. He was very thorough and patched all his access holes very nicely and did not seem rushed at all. I was very pleased with the work Paul did and will be passing his information on to my family and friends.

On Sunday I was reading the Homestars Forum and saw a post from Paul at The Duct Cleaning Specialists about a contest he was having. The first person to call him with the 'secret word' would win free duct cleaning. I have only had my ducts cleaned once in over 20 years and it was certainly time to have them cleaned. I called and won!
Right from the start I was very impressed. He didn't try to sell me anything else and asked me when it was convenient for me for him to do the duct cleaning. I told him that Tuesday around 3:00pm would be best. He told me that it would take at least 2 hours. He arrived early (2:30 pm), which worked out great for me. The first thing he did was introduce himself and shake my hand. He came inside to check out everything and noticed that the company that had done my duct cleaning many years ago had made the holes in the ducts in the wrong place (on the slope going into the furnace, rather than on the straight part). He explained to me that being on the slope would allow alot of the dust/dirt to flow back into the furnace. The small hole only had a piece of regular duct tape that tends to dry out and deteriorate over time and was not plugged with any plug. Also, the large hole had the regular duct tape. He plugged the hole with the proper plug and retaped both with the proper tape. He explained to me what he was doing and why he was doing it. He placed tarps along the floors leading to the basement so that the hose would not damage the floors and took off his shoes. He did an extremely thorough job and then brought in his shop vac to clean up around the vents. He also checked the furnace filter and saw that I was using one of the old washable ones that aren't as efficient. He installed a new disposable filter at no charge. He also went into the crawl space and cleaned the returns in there. When you are looking for a professional, polite, friendly, experienced and well informed company for duct cleaning I would highly recommend that you give Paul at The Duct Cleaning Specialists a call.

We just had our ducts cleaned by Paul from the “Duct Cleaning Specialists” and he did such a thorough job. It was great to see how he cared about the work he was doing. Paul took the time and explained the process to me and answered all the questions that I had. He was very professional and courteous. My parents also had their ducts cleaned by Paul and they thought he did a fantastic job. Paul runs contests on his website for his past customers and I won one of his contests which was a bonus. Paul came in to clean our ducts yesterday evening. He was right on time and very thourough in his explaination of what he was going to do. He was even considerate enough to mention that he had to leave the door open so I would keep an eye on my kittens. He did a great job and the air is great. He went above an beyond and even gave us a free furnace filter since he noticed our current one wasn't a very good quality.

The best part - we won a contest he was offering here on homestars and it the whole thing was free! There was absolutely no catch - he didn't try and sell us any additional services. Even when the service is free he goes above and beyond to provide the best service.

I've already given his card to my neighbour who was inquiring, but he is definetly the one to go with.

Paul is a class act and I'm glad we decided to have Paul come in and do the work. It is hard to find someone that actually cares about doing a job properly and have it done right the first time. We are definitely going to recommend Paul to our friends and I will be having him come back to install a whole house humidifier.

They came in and were very thorough...and was the first cleaning after move into the new home...used air guns to move debris to basement where powerful vaccuum suck it all up...took their time and took no shortcuts...very pleased with their work
