Paul responded the next day to book an appointment. He did an extremely thorough job, the opposite of the last duct cleaning company! We'll defintely have Paul come yearly to clean our ducts and furnace.

Great service, very pleasant young man, very professional,courteous and knowledgable. Paul was at our home for just under 3 hours and and never stopped for 1 second. I felt very confident he was doing a great job. I would have no hesitation to recommend him to all of my friends and neighbours.

Paul arrived right on time. He was courteous and he did a great job in a timely manner. His price was very reasonable and exactly as quoted. He left our home with no trace (except the clean ducts)of any work having been done. Terrific!

We met Paul by winning one of his free tickets contests. While delivering tickets to our house, we asked him about the duct cleaning. Since we've done it with another company just 4 months ago, we weren't sure if it makes sense to do it again so soon. Paul just checked the furnace room and said that the previous company didn't do a good job and it would be better to do it again. We were a bit skeptical about it but since we had an excessive amount of dust flying around making our house impossible to live in we've decided to give it another try. While doing his job, Paul showed us all the dirt that we had inside the ducts and we were shocked. The amount of dust and dirt that we were able to see was unacceptable!!! We couldn't believe that we were breathing it all. The scariest part that we have a newborn baby who was also breathing all that dirt and it's after it was just "cleaned" by another company.... We are not sure what could happened if we didn't meet Paul... Probably we would end up tearing up the house and changing the duct system. We couldn't be more happier with the Paul's job. He is incredible person, very passionate about his job and customer satisfaction. Paul doesn't cut corners to save couple of dollars or to make a quick buck. He's very reliable, professional and honest person. Paul did an amazing job at our house, he cleaned everything the proper way and we can finally breath. I couldn't emphasize anymore how satisfied we are with the result. The air smells nice and NO MORE DUST! The difference between Paul and the other two companies that we've hired before is huge! It took Paul 3 HOURS to clean up our house. Whereas, the other company charged us some hidden fees, finished everything in 30 minutes and it wasn't even remotely similar to what the Paul was doing. Believe me, after seeing Paul working I can assure you that there is no way that anyone could do a good job in 30 minutes or for ridiculously low price. So, when someone calls and offers you a cheap cleaning service, think about it twice...

I would definitely recommend Paul to all my friends and neighbors. He provides 5 star service for the affordable price! With no doubts, Paul deserves to be on the "Mike Holmes trusted contractors list". The guy is incredible and I wish government had some regulations for the duct cleaning companies, so the good guys, such as Paul, had more business and don't have to fight in such competitive market filled up with crooks who's seeking a quick buck and doesn't care about the people. It's very sad that in todays market Paul and other good companies have to prove everyone that not all duct cleaning companies are the same and some of them are actually cleaning the ducts, not just pretending to do it. In our case, after two bad experiences we weren't sure if we could trust anyone again and almost give up. We are very glad that we decided to give it another try and finally found someone who knows what he's doing and wants to do it right from the first time. Today, we had Paul from Duct Cleaning Specialists come by. Wow, he was amazing with everything. Very professional, clean, and well spoken for his age. After all the reviews I've heard and read Paul is definately great to work with. He did a full duct cleaning, sanitization, and furnace cleaning and change all for a great price. I was soo impressed with all the junk he got out, and how clean he managed to leave the place after he was done with everything. I highly recommend him for all services, and especially duct cleaning services. Definately will be using his in the future. Thanks, Paul!!!

I had Paul come out and clean our ducts on a new house, despite the builder having their own company "clean" it just days before. It was easy to tell the difference between the shady job the builder's contractor did vs. what should have been done.

The job was done quickly, and Paul took the time to explain everything he was doing, and provide some pointers for maintaining our home.

I have already recommended his services to a neighbour, and will continue to do so if anyone else asks.

Paul was highly recommended by the company we purchased our new furnace from. He did much more than we expected. He was very punctual, polite and organized. He did a thorough job even though he gave us a special rate. We have had our ducts cleaned before but compared to what Paul did I think we had an expensive vacuum done. Single best experience I've had with a contractor. Paul was very polite and accommodating. Just looking at how well organized his truck was, I could tell this this guy took pride in his work. He was also meticulous about details such as ensuring that the hole cut near the furnace was WELL sealed after the job was done.

After doing some research online into local duct cleaning companies, and coming across the amazing reviews given to The Duct Cleaning Specialists on HomeStars, I figured I would give them a call to find out more information. From the very first contact I had with Paul I was impressed with his professionalism and customer service.

Paul provided me with a comprehensive estimate, detailing everything that was to be included in that price. He seemed knowledgeable about the business, and was available to clean our ducts at a time which was convenient for our busy family. Paul mentioned his April special, as well as his Blue Jays promotion that happened to be running the week we wanted the ducts cleaned, and the further 5% discount we would receive for being a HomeStars referral.

Paul came out to our home in Hamilton on the date we had scheduled (today!). There was an accident on the highway which put him a few minutes behind and he was courteous enough to call and let us know about the delay. Paul brought Steve along to assist him, and both of these young men were polite as they introduced themselves and shook my hand. They took their shoes off at the door and got right to work. They looked at the furnace location, and explained to me where they would be running hoses and exactly what they would be doing for the cleaning. They placed covers over all the vents, and cleaned all air intake registers and vent registers thoroughly. Paul then accessed the duct work near the furnace and cleaned the duct work throughout the entire house. Afterwards he cleaned the furnace, checked the furnace and humidifier filters, and gave recommendations with regard to each. As well, a complete house duct sanitization was performed and instructions were provided as to switching back the thermostat.

Paul goes even beyond that “extra mile” with regard to customer service. From cleaning our dryer exhaust at no charge, to re-taping old connections that were no longer doing their job properly, to doing a neat, tidy and thorough job, and even to running their promotions, I cannot speak more highly of this company.

(Funny story. My young boys, who were at school for most of the cleaning, had inquired the night before about the “Duck Man”, and I told Steve the story I’d made up last night about how they were coming to remove all the (invisible) ducks in our house (saying: “do you hear that? they’re quacking all over the place.”). The kids thought the story was funny and silly. Anyway, after I told Steve the story, and once the little guys got home, he even amused my boys by playing along and quacking at them for me. LOL. )

When the job was done, all hoses, tarps, tools and equipment were put away in the truck, then Paul wrote up our invoice and went over it with me. He provided us with a receipt along with our promotional baseball tickets and a ballot for their weekly draw.

Simply stated, The Duct Cleaning Specialists did a fantastic job. Other than clean air, there’s no sign of them having been here – that is, there is no dirt, debris or other mess left for us to clean. Their pricing is beyond fair, both Paul and Steve were extremely polite, and I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for a duct cleaning company that truly cares about their customers. I look forward to having them return again in a few years.
