Service is practically a con. Your heater doesn't work so they come and diagnose it and charge $385 for a simple Hot Surface Ignition that likely costs them I'm guessing $40 (The $385 I had even negotiated down from $575), but they have you by the balls because your furnace doesn't work and it's cold outside. Total diagnosing and replacement time was about 20 minutes. On a positive note, they did fix furnace and the service guy was friendly. Otherwise, I'd give them a 0.
Michael was pleasant to speak to on the phone. Booking was easy and he was conscientious about keeping me up to date with respect to timing and the weather. Painting services were good.
Garage Door Opener Installation
Jimmy came in one Sunday to do the installation and found that the tracks that I had would not allow for an opener installation. He had to come back the following week to do the installation with special tracks to allow for clearance. New tracks cost an extra $250. Service was helpful and friendly.
Single best experience I've had with a contractor. Paul was very polite and accommodating. Just looking at how well organized his truck was, I could tell this this guy took pride in his work. He was also meticulous about details such as ensuring that the hole cut near the furnace was WELL sealed after the job was done.
