I was very impressed with these guys. Booking was super simple and painless, and they called the day before to re-confirm the appointment. They arrived 30 minutes late due to unexpected traffic, but phoned to let me know. As an apology for being late, without my prompting, they upgraded my service *and* offered me a discount. The whole time they were at my house, they were friendly and efficient. I was extremely pleased with the entire service from beginning to end.
