Overall an excellent job by Steve and Matt - very professional, friendly and efficient. Very considerate with removing their shoes as the whole house was carpeted. The owner, Paul Hannah was very knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Just had my air ducts cleaned by The Duct Cleaning Specialists. The were very professional. When I made the appointment they were very accommodating trying to fit my time restraints with their busy schedule. This impressed me from the start. They arrived on time and explained what they were going to do. Also asked me if I had any questions for them. Once they started working it was evident they knew what they were doing and the work very efficiently. They covered my staircase and floors to protect it from their equipment. Removed all the grills and proceeded to clean each vent.
The total job took about 2.5 hours (bungalow, small house). Once completed they cleaned everything up. Advised me of all the work they did and what my next steps were. They asked if I had any questions and if I was satisfied on with their work and if I had an suggestions.

Matt and Steve did an excellent job of cleaning our ducts, furnace and dryer vent. The job was very professional and they took the time to explain the process and were very thorough in their execution. They cleaned the air returns, something that the other company didn't do when we had the ducts cleaned when we moved in. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.

I am so happy with the job that Mark and Ryan did while in our home. They were very curtious and neat, and answered any questions I had. When I made the booking originally, Paul was kind enough to tell me that they had a groupon going on sale within the next 2 days, and to keep an eye out for it so they could apply it to what I had already booked. I plan on using them again, and wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend them!

They did a good job cleaning our vents, even found a dead mouse that had crawled in there during renovations. They also made a return visit when we were concerned about a couple of the vents. Solid work.

A chipmunk came into the basement of our house a few weeks ago. We thought it had left however the house started to smell and we know we need someone to get rid of the body. The problem was we didn’t know where the chipmunk’s body was. We looked for 2 weeks and just could not find it. Paul came to our mind. His company cleaned our duct last year and did excellent job. So we contacted his company. They came and very quickly found the dead body. They are quite professional and experienced. After they removed the body, they sprayed some solution to kill the germs. Without their help, there would be no way to find the body. We are really grateful for their help. We can start enjoy air conditioner again. We highly recommend this company to anyone who needs duct cleaning.

Steve and Mat just left after cleaning the ducts in my three story house in the beaches. I am smelling the Thyme infused disinfectant and can't believe the service I just got. Not only did they provide a very efficient and thorough service they also exceeded my expectations by cleaning out and repairing my central vac and they did a great job cleaning up after the job was complete. True Customer Service. I had never had Duct Cleaning service performed so this was a first for us. We sure did our research, and after hiring The Duct Cleaning Specialists I am totally impressed. They showed up on time, with a smile and good attitude (which is huge for us) and the work was performed in about an hour and a half, very clean, polite, thorough, and WELL DONE. Highly recommended!

I booked an appointment through Paul a few weeks in advance. He called with a reminder two days before. Mark and Samantha even called from the road to let us know they'd be a few minutes late due to traffic. Great communication!

When they arrived, they set-up their equipment quickly and efficiently. They were never intrusive and did their job so professionally that I was able to work on my own projects while they were here.

When asked when I should have them back, they said seven years unless we went through a major reno. Other services recommend one to two years. This clearly shows that they are honest and stand behind their work. I'll definitely be calling them again!

I found these guys through a google search, saw lots of positive reviews, decided to give them a call. They were really friendly on the phone and made an appointment.

I live in a top floor of a 3 story building so the truck they came with simply couldn't accomodate me. The guy was very apologetic and without me saying anything offered to come by on the weekend + offered a better rate to make up for the inconvenience. Something which would have annoyed me actually turned into kind of a positive experience. Likewise when Paul phoned I wasn't sure if I should mention the better rate but he brought it up and again just made me feel like they understood that it was a bit of a let down (even if it wasn't their fault).

Steve came to do the work and could not have been more pleasant and friendly, did a great job and took the time to even help clean some of the grills with a bit of water.

I run a business myself and this is the level of service I personally try to provide. Likewise you can tell they actually try to make people happy + do a good job. It's hard work and maybe you a lose a buck here or there but I think it pays off - I am VERY happy with the value I got, my place and air feels a lot fresher and smells great and it was just overall a really positive experience. I would definitely recommend these guys if you think you need your ducts cleaned or are having issues with dust. I wish all businesses operated like this. Thanks again!
