I booked an appointment through Paul a few weeks in advance. He called with a reminder two days before. Mark and Samantha even called from the road to let us know they'd be a few minutes late due to traffic. Great communication! When they arrived, they set-up their equipment quickly and efficiently. They were never intrusive and did their job so professionally that I was able to work on my own projects while they were here. When asked when I should have them back, they said seven years unless we went through a major reno. Other services recommend one to two years. This clearly shows that they are honest and stand behind their work. I'll definitely be calling them again!

After contacting Ivan with our IKEA shopping list and layout, he replied the same day with a quote and dates. John, our installer, came on time and assembled an entire children's bedroom in a few short hours - even after we added a few items! He broke down all the boxes, collected the garbage, and vacuumed the debris. The room looks incredible and saved us days of work. I couldn't be more pleased. Thanks you, IKEAMan!

Todd was great. We've had a "leak" (really a down-poor) under our kitchen sink and called WaterWorks. The previous work was very poorly done, so we had Todd come in and make it right. The different between what was there before and what's there now is amazing. Todd took the time to ensure everything was properly installed and functioning and even took it upon himself to create a little extra room for storage by raising the pipes. All the good things you'd expect from a true professional.
