Mr. Roof Repair returned my call and responded to my email within a few hours of sending them my concern about a leaky skylight. JP came out the next day and did a preliminary repair and recommended further work. I was told by another company that I could replace the skylights with new ones, but they would recommend replacing the entire roof. Needless to say, Mr. Roof Repair did not recommend having the entire roof replaced. The work was done quickly and there was nothing left behind to clean up which was very much appreciated.

Both Michael and Elaine were always ready and willing to respond to my questions and were very professional.

Mr. Roof Repair is great to deal with! They called me back within a very reasonable time, got there guys out to do an estimate even quicker and had a report done within a few days. The repairs were done in a timely manner with pictures to show their work.
Our neighbourhood could now sleep not listening our noisy vents.

We had a leaky skylight and called Mr.RoofRepair. I got a call back very quickly and JP came out the next day. JP inspected the skylights and the roof. He found that both skylights needed to be repaired and that we had very bad water damage and dryrot in one of the roof valleys. JP was very knowledgeable and professional. He made very good recommendations and did a thorough job. I was very happy with the work that Mr.RoofRepair did.

We've had a leak in our roof for nearly 5 years! In that time, we have had the front part of the roof replaced, 4 companies charge us thousands of dollars to claim they've fixed our leak only for it to continue leaking. Mr Roof examined our leak, determined that it primarily leaked during an East wind, which meant water was likely moving up somewhere. They found the area, which made sense given the water damage inside and replaced a small piece of flashing. We've had no leaking since!! Problem solved. They where prompt, on time and on budget. They also guaranteed their work...if we experience a leak in the same place again, they'll return and fix for free.

The punctuality and professionalism of the employs of this company was outstanding. What they promised they did and what they did, they did well. We were very satisfied with their work and would not hesitate to recommend them to all our friends.

After a roof leak, Mr.RoofRepair was able to reassure about the likely cost of the repair work, the timing and the nature of the services and reporting. Work was done quickly, thoroughly and professionally. Upon request they provided independent advise on timing of shingles replacement without pressure tactics.

Had a problem where parts of our roof were missing shingles - couldn't see it from the ground but plywood was exposed where the roof met the chimney and water leaking in bedroom directly below. Mr. Roofrepair came out the same day and did a temporary fix - came back when whether was better and replaced the shingles and put waterproof membrane down. the various stages of the repair were all documented by photos and provided by email in a report the next day. i was very pleased with the prompt service and the honest assessment of the situation. having moved in to this house 3 years ago, i wasn't sure if the whole roof needed replacing but they told me that onlly the specific parts of the roof needed repair - likely due to improper nail size when the roof was put in - and that the roof still had a good 10 years left before it needed replacing.

In short, we woke up day to water seeping in at the corner of our house underneath a flat section of the roof. I call Mr. Roof Repair and JP was dispatched to our home in Etobicoke. The service was explained very thoroughly - what I should expect and exactly how much it would cost.

JP arrived in under an hour and was up on the roof in no time. He found numerous scratches and holes in the flat section of our roof which is about 5 feet wide by 45 feet long. He took pictures of everything he did and in no time, had done an excellent repair job. He made it very clear that this was a temporary repair, and that I should get this section of the roof redone at some point. He gave me the option to forgo the repair until I got a quote to redo the roof, but I opted to have the repair done for now.

I was very satisfied with the work. A very comprehensive array of photos was posted online for my reference and when I popped up on the roof to have a look for myself, I noticed that JP had also put some extra sealant on some of the roof vents on the sloped section of the roof - over and above!
