We have a leak caused by damaged roof valleys. JP recommended a fix that includes removing the shingles (2 ft. on each side of the valley), installing a water-proof membrane and re-installing the shingles. He got the job done within three and a half hours. In addition, he also caulked our skylight (mainly for maintenance) and our bay window roof. He is very knowledgeable and very thorough. It was raining on and off the past two days and we do not notice any signs of leak anymore. I will definitely recommend JP and Mr. Roof Repair to friends and family.

MrRoofRepair did a middle of the winter fix on our roof just over a year ago and did a great job at the price they quoted. Their attention to service is very good and I felt they were trustworthy.... to the point where I recommended them to my mother who had a major leak in her roof this past March. They were there quickly and fixed the problem immediately.

We had a leak in our garage, front foyer and porch. The cause of the leak was a poor flashing installation where a low roof joins the front brick wall. JP did a great job removing the old flashing and installing a new flashing with counter flashing. He sealed both flashing very well.

I called about a leaking roof and Mr. Roofrepair came, looked it over and repaired it within two days. They were fast and got the job done. They sent pics of the roof before and after the repair.

We had just moved into a house that was a flip. Our home inspector (and our neighbours!) mentioned that roof didn't look so professionally done. As soon as the weather got good I called Mr. Roof. That very same day they had someone come out and do some basic maintenance. But that was just the start! They noticed a real need to reseal and re-install flashing or else my brand new roof could start to leak in 3-6 months! Again Mr. Roof had someone out there the very next day. Through the whole process I received photos and constant contact with Michael who explained everything to me. And 50% of the cost of the maintenance work went towards the cost of the additional work.
I highly recommend Mr. Roof...as well as recommending doing a yearly maintenance check on your roof. It will save you big bucks down the line!

Had some patchwork done on the roof due to animal damage. Extremely satisfied with service received on the phone. Before and after photos demostrate the excellent work that was done!

At first I thought I wasn't going to hear back from Mr RoofRepair.ca, as I didn't get a response to my email request, but when I followed up with a phone message, I got an immediate call back. The terms were explained to me (no free estimate, they come out and do the work for a set minimum charge, etc., and that they send photos of the work they do) and because rain was expected in a few days I agreed. The repairman was able to do the work the same day. He called me to tell me he was coming (I wasn't at home), then called me again to give me his assessment of the problem and that he would likely take a bit longer than the minimum time to fix it. He had a very pleasant phone manner, the work was done quickly, and the company followed up on the job, first sending me an email with a copy of the paid invoice and a link to photos of the job, and then following up a week later for my feedback. I have my fingers crossed that they did fix the problem (because water can be tricky), but I was impressed with the company and would recommend them.

We noticed that our carpet near the wall is wet after raining. Called Mr. Roof Repair and left a message. We got a call back shortly after and was able to schedule a repair the following day. Steve came the next day and was able to trace the problem to the window flashing and the roof valleys. He was able to fix and seal the window flashing and put in a temporary fix for the roof valleys as it required more work. He was very thorough with his explanation and showed me before and after pictures. I will definitely recommend Mr. Roof Repair to others.

They came, they repaired.
A few shingles had blown off. Mr. Roof Repair came and replaced them.
They also inspected the rest of the roof - resealed some vents.
And made suggestions.
They didn't say "we have to replace your whole roof"
They did exactly what needed to be done in an efficient and timely manner.
