Those Roofers

We posted our job on HomeStars and Jeff at Those Roofers was quick to reply. I discussed our needs with Jeff on a quick phone call. He came by a few days later and had a look at our roof. He clearly explained what we needed and then we agreed on a price. He came back a few hours later and completed the work that afternoon. Price was fair. Jeff was friendly. Work completed on a very timely basis. Did not try and oversell what we needed versus some other quotes we received. Would definitely use Those Roofers again. Thorough clean up of job site as well.

I reached out to Those Roofers and spoke with Doug and explained issue. They were finishing a job nearby so Jeff came over and and gave me a breakdown of the problem with a solution and cost. After that big rainfall last week we had our bedroom ceiling leaking. Fortunately we were able to have some people already at house doing work and when they cut open drywall next day they could see light coming out of attic. Obviously there was some issue with roof. I called Those Roofers as we had to get roof patched or tarped prior to fixing issue inside and they came over within the hour. Jeff was amazing taking pictures and documenting all the issues with roof and even better was able to patch the roof so we could repair interior on the same visit. Nothing short of life saving as my wife was already at wits end so was greatly appreciated.

Jeff was a pleasure to work with. He wasnt pushy and explained everything very clearly. Our roof was in really bad shape and needed a lot of work, including new plywood and fixing the rafters. Jeff and his team did a fantastic job. Luckily, we got it done before this big storm, and the roof survived wonderfully. Without this repair, we would have faced significant damage to our house.

My roof was missing a few shingles after the recent storms and required an emergency repair to prevent additional damage from another rainstorm predicted to arrive that afternoon. Those Roofers responded immediately with an offer to repair my roof the same day at a very fair price. Of course, I hired them for the job. Jeff arrived in about an hour, replaced the missing shingles and took care of another small problem at no extra charge. Most importantly, the work was completed on very short notice, well before the rain storm hit. Top-notch customer service and expert craftsmanship. A very positive experience from beginning to end. Highly recommended.

Those roofing took on my project on the hottest day of the year and worked through it to get the job done. Majority of the roof was finished from what I could do on a weekend. I called Those to finish the job. Great pricing, repaired damaged plywood and installed new shingles. The roof looks good.

My family home had a leak coming into the house, running down an exterior wall and ending in our basement. Those Roofers answered my first phone call and came out instantly! They gave the roof a close inspection not only in the problem area but all over.

This review is long overdue. I hired Doug and his team to replace a roof (flat & peaked) in 2021 and then hired them to repair a roof on another of my properties in 2022. The job in 2021 was a big job and Doug and his team were great. They were hard working and diligent (I called them "warriors" for bearing the sun and then the rain that week). I was really happy with the job I received and their gutter and sofit work was really nice. Tied the whole outside of the property together. You could tell from the work that Doug takes a lot of pride in his work (and he backs his work!). I wouldn't hesitate to hire or recommend Doug and his team.

Hired Doug's team from Those Roofers good bunch of guys they are great at what they do , they clean up after themselves, my roof is great and the Eavestroughs are great, it's a whole new look on my house l am very satisfied with the work and l would highly recommend them to anyone , their prices are very reasonable and the work they do is great, also they guaranteed their work. I 'am a 100 percent happy customer .
