We needed a small repair to a leaking flat roof in Dec 09. Mr Roof Repair came promptly and fixed the leak. I waited until now (May2010) to ensure repair was successful. They got it right the first time.

Michael was clear;y explained the terms and conditions over phone. They voluntarily advanced the date so as to avoid rainy day. They took effort to explain the issue and how they are going to fix it. I also wanted them to give me an opinion on the exhaust vent position and the problem in the roof. They did inspect and gave us some advice. I have no hesitation in recommending these guys. unlike the shingles companies, these guys gave us the realistic opinion on the roof condition.

Phone call was returned within 24hours....clear details of cost and service was explained....the work was done at the appointed time- done efficiently - cleanly- and the serviceman had full knowledge of the job. Would recommend this company everyone without reservation.

After calling and leaving a message on Wednesday, they called back within an hour and set-up an appointment for Saturday. Over the next few days, I received e-mails confirming the work to be done, the expected charges and the appointment date and time. Come Saturday, they showed up on time, completed the work in just over an hour, then explained everything done. Received follow-up e-mail Monday explaining everything done and included before and after pictures. Fast, efficient work. Couldn't ask for anything more.

I called Mr Roof Repair to investigate a leaky 20 year old skylight but I suspected there was a much larger problem due to some sagging roof decking. JP was sent out to do the initial assessment and confirmed my suspicions. The skylight was not installed properly when it was first put in causing the leak which in turned rotted the decking below the skylight. JP came out the next day to do the repair job. He replaced the rotted roof deck, cleaned up the mold, installed new insulation, re-shingled and repaired and re-installed the skylight. He also went up into the attic just to check things and discovered a leaky roof vent which he repaired on the same visit. We were very happy the professional, prompt response from Mr Roof Repair and kudos to JP who worked extremely hard for the entire day(and he works a long day) to get the job done.

We contacted Mr. Roof Repair to replace two noisy roof turbine-type vents with no-maintenance louver-type vents. The company replied promptly to our email request and an estimator was dispatched the next day for a refundable $75 inspection fee. After we okayed the estimate, an installer was sent the following day and he replaced both vents within the hour.

The installer, JP, noticed that the flashing around our skylight and chimney were improperly installed and the underlying OSB roof deck around the skylight was soft from water infiltration (the roof was replaced just three years ago by a contractor hired by the previous homeowner). These problems required additional appointments but the repairs were conducted promptly and efficiently by JP.

Since the repairs we've experienced a couple of days of heavy rain -- we're pleased to report no more *tap, tap* noises from the chimney area or any other roof leaks.

We've lived with our flashing problem for over 10 years. After numerous attempts to repair and patch our leaky flashing ourselves, we finally decided that we need to get a professional to do it. JP arrived on site to inspect the situation and provided 3 possible solutions (and 3 different price points) to fix the problem. We settled on the middle of the road. When JP return to complete the work, he was efficient and took the time to explain each part of the process and why he was doing it. At the end of the day, we had flashing installed that would have been rated for hurricane 3 status down in Florida.

Responded shortly after the online work request was filled out. Very friendly and explained pricing and work that was to be included. Work was done first thing in the morning the following day. It was a little pricey but they committted an hour's worth of work and did some extra touch ups on the roof to make it worthwhile.

Mr. Roof Repair did some work on our eavestrough...the work was done in a timely manner. They also inspected our roof and provided pictures to document a few problem areas. Potential solutions were explained on site, and later e-mailed.
