Red Robin came out to evaluate some repairs required on our concrete front porch, rear steps, and brick, and provided us with both long-term and short-term plans for what we could do. They scheduled the work within a couple of weeks, showed up as promised, and did an excellent job grinding out some serious cracks and repairing them for us. We will definitely be calling them back when we are ready to do a full replacement.

The boys at Red Robin created two window openings on the side of a house for me. Gary the mason Installed two lintels, and repaired all the brick around them. He did a great job! After the work was completed the job site was cleaned really well.

I would recommend this company MORE than highly. If I could give them an 11 out of 10, I would. Timely in quote and start date, responsive and clear and efficient about the work especially about hiccups. Mike and crew kept things confident despite obstacles. We knew the mortar on our chimney was in need of repair when we bought our property but it fell to the bottom of our long list of renovations on our older home. When we had to get the work done we reached out to Red Robin. They are highly professional & courteous. Very pleased with the work by both crews. We had a bit of a delay on our expected start but once the crews got going the job was completed in a timely manner and the work is of very good quality.

Red Robin provided an aesthetically pleasing and functionally protective parging and silicone seal to our century old brick foundation wall.

Before their work, I was very concerned about water infiltration to our 100 year+ brick foundation. Whenever it rained, water would appear in a couple of areas in our unfinished basement on the floor at the foot of the exterior wall . The existing exterior parging that was done sometime before we bought the house 9.5 years ago was deteriorating. And I was worried about the state of the bricks behind the remaining cement... So far the newly parged wall is doing well keeping the heavy Fall rain out. Also during the work, I was relieved to see our foundation bricks behind the parge were in pretty good shape.

The sides of my house were crumbling so I reached out to a few companies for some quotes. While Red Robin wasn't the cheapest I still ended up picking them because of all the positive reviews that I read on this website. All I can say is the work they did is AMAZING. My neighbours have even come by and complimented the work done. Not to mention, everyone from the gentleman that comes to your site to quote you all the way up to Dave the owner - everyone is so pleasant and professional. I will definitely
recommend them to anyone in the future.

Red Robin came to do this work on my house. They were professional through and through. From the estimate to the actual work, they were terrific.
I would happily call them again, and would not hesitate to pass their name on to others.

Hired Red Robin to remove brick where previous owner had raised the grade of patio and covered those brick below grade. Installed 4 inch cement blocks instead and raised weeping holes as well. Also removed part of garage floor and poured new concrete to correct where old concrete was breaking up with exposure to outside weather. Quoting process was very good with estimator explaining the details and understanding the issues. The masonry work on the concrete blocks was very good. The poured concrete garage floor finish was not as smooth as I expected when poured so was disappointed with that. The owners of the company are very approachable, honest, do care about the workmanship and will try to make things right if they can. For this reason, I gave them a 10 star rating.
