My neighbour had a great experience with this company just a few years ago. So I decided to call them when it was time to get rid of my 30 year old furnace and air conditioning this past Fall. Dmitri was very professional and gave me a job quote that was well documented and explained. Then Sam and Ali did a great job installing the new equipment. They left my basement cleaner than when they arrived! They went beyond the call of duty to remove my lumbering old air conditioner from an awkward spot under a deck - even removing some interlocking brick to do so. And the new furnace is working wonderfully.

Red Robin provided an aesthetically pleasing and functionally protective parging and silicone seal to our century old brick foundation wall. Before their work, I was very concerned about water infiltration to our 100 year+ brick foundation. Whenever it rained, water would appear in a couple of areas in our unfinished basement on the floor at the foot of the exterior wall . The existing exterior parging that was done sometime before we bought the house 9.5 years ago was deteriorating. And I was worried about the state of the bricks behind the remaining cement... So far the newly parged wall is doing well keeping the heavy Fall rain out. Also during the work, I was relieved to see our foundation bricks behind the parge were in pretty good shape.
